The chicken sandwich never fails to dissapoint. I ordered the #5, which gives me 3 chicken strips with 2 pieces of toast and fries, instead of the actual sandwich. Zaxby’s sauce is amazing although I use it only for dipping. Their peach tea was sweeter than I expected, however it was good. As with any other fast food chain, the prices have gone up so this will have to be a treat and not the norm.

Bug in my food. Told the manager she said their lettuce is pre packaged and they don’t hand prep it anymore. She gave me a refund for just the salad. I had more food that I didn’t care to continue to eat after finding a bug in my food. I asked her for a full refund. She gave me the refund and and was respectful. But that was a horrible experience.
