We stopped here on our way home from the airport. Our order taker was Tony and he was really great, he was very professional and patient and did a great job ensuring we got everything we needed ordered. After a short wait, we received our order and drove away. Unfortunately my wife’s 3 piece tender meal only had two strips. I ordered the 4 piece tender plate which was supposed to come with coleslaw but that was missing from the order which kinda sucked because I really like their coleslaw. The peach tea was amazing though. Low service rating because we were missing food, high atmosphere score just for Tony and his upbeat order taking attitude.

This N. Chester location has gotten terrible over the last couple of years. In the last several orders I’ve made on the app, every single one of them has been wrong. Normally it’s something missing, such as cheddar bites. Sometimes they give you the wrong thing, like the fingers being rolled in hot honey mustard instead of nuclear, not sure how those two get confused.

I have given this Zaxby’s too many times to improve. Usually the drive thru is at a stand still even when there are no cars in parking lot and its not uncommon to wait 15 minutes to even get to the speaker. I have been told I cannot place more than one order because they are short staffed when I tried picking up lunch for myself and coworkers and then today I stop( its convenient on my way home from work) and order traditional wings. They were so dry that it was like eating some tough jerky. Well never again. This location”s service and food isn’t worth it convenient or not! Don’t waste your time or money!

Numerous times they have gotten our order wrong. Barely any fries, hardly seasoned. Ask and paid for heavy sauce on the Wings and Things, which I ordered 5, and wings were dry. This is not the only time this has happened. This will be our last time at this store. Now we have to drive all the way to the other side of Gastonia.

Worse Zaby’s I’ve ever been to. I was in drive through for 12 mins before calling inside the store. I asked if I could come in and place my order. Noah said yes. I came in and that was not any better. Noah was nice and prompt. He did not give me a receipt but he was nice. I ordered a salad and 5 traditional wings and waited 30 mins! I spoke to manager, Henry, who did not apologize about my wait but gave excuse of them being short staffed. I’m still waiting! These are the photos I took of the employees “hard at work.” I asked Henry for the corporate number. He told me to look on my receipt and walked off bc they accidentally have a family of 3 free food. Yes! They forgot to collect payment but gave them food.

Ordered a wings and things meal the cashier didn’t upcharge me for bone in wings which was her mistake, instead of the manager just taking responsibility for the stores mistake she wanted to refund my card and re-charge me for the meal with the bone in upcharge. It was a $0.75 difference but if you go low I go lower so I said no and asked for a full refund and I’m taking my money and service to another Zaxbys. Bad business and I won’t be back. Now the store has to throw away the food/drinks I touched and I got my full refund to go spend elsewhere. Their loss.

I used to love their salads but now they are brown and old. Looks okay until you open it to see the brown nasty lettuce on the bottom. I work really close to this location and have taken my salads back at least 3 times hoping they were improve but today was the worst yet. I’ve never gotten chicken from here that was bad, until today. It was awful.

My food was ready quickly as it was pre-cooked, and cold. It tasted like it was cooked in burnt oil, all of the food! Then it took 15 minutes to get our drinks. It took them that long just to change the bag. I eventually had to ask for alternate drinks. No apology or offer to fix us some fresh food. It was extremely disappointing as we don’t get to eat out often. $20 wasted on very disappointing food and service.
