My child’s fries tasted like marijuana. I suspect employees are getting high in the kitchen while offering drive thru only service. Employees are not friendly.

They don’t close until 10 but almost every night they stop taking drive thru orders around 8pm. If they are open they turn all the lights off to appear as if they are closed. They either close early and/or they make you mobile order while their staff stands arounds and talks instead of allowing you to use their drive thru. I have no idea how they are still in business to be perfectly honest. They turn away a lot of money all due to poor customer service. I have no idea how their doors remain open.

Arrived 11:30 – Zaxby’s gives Sr. Discount but you must ask for. Chicken is super good – prices high. Believe lowest price item $8.00 without drink. No waitress place order and wait and take to table. They have drive through (busy) and order ahead and pickup. (Busy) Suggestion – Sr Citizen price list.

I ordered Wimpy boneless which were dry as the desert. Went through the drive through and didn’t get a fork. I really can’t do Zaxby’s. Second time I had a bad experience. Customer service has really went downhill. And they don’t care about the quality of the food anymore.

Tried to order Asian chicken salad. Sign right at counter. Sorry we don’t have that anymore. Tried to order the spicy chicken sandwich. Asked how spicy it was. Girl didn’t know. Finally ordered chicken club. Wife ordered a cobb salad with grilled chicken. Both orders were just average. Wanted them to be good. I have ate a Zaxbys before and wasn’t disappointed. Not this time. Dining room wasn’t clean. Won’t be back.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this was ridiculous. Came and ordered at 945 pm because I saw other cars in line. I order and pay 18+ for two nibbler meals. I get my drinks and arw told to pull around to the door where 2 cars were already waiting. Cool. Another car comes behind me, 4 cars waiting total. Cool. All 3 cars get their food abd at 1010 im concerned like where is my stuff. 1015 i get to the door and yhey straight up told me they gave my food to another car and that they had already shut everything down so couldn’t remake. Now I jusf got off work and are TIRED so that was extremely annoying and inconvenient. This is the worst experience of my life. Im still in the parking lot typing this as I am in disbelief at such a poor experience.

Went there to go through and get dinner for the family. It was 8 pm and no lights were on outside. As I pulled around there was a note on the speaker. As I went to the window 3 workers were making a tik tok and paid no attention to the fact I was sitting there. So I went to the location in Harrisburg and I will definitely give them.5 stars. The concord location is trash don’t go there.

This is the second time I pull up to get some bacon loading fries before work and I got crop….I was not pleased am trying to upload the pic I took but it won’t let me…I pay for the food,so need to act like u was doing me a favor by giving me some fries with no becon,cheese,u can count the fries in the box and pieces of chicken,not getting anything more at zaxbys in Concord next to the Walmart
