Must confess it had been a year since my last Zaxby’s. Drove 1 hour to have our 44 year wedding anniversary lunch and worth the trip. Easy in and out parking, polite order taker and our order was fresh and hot. Dinning area was clean and lighting was excellent with no glaring sunlight through the windows. We will be back.

I stopped by to try the new Asian sensation salad, and I was informed that they were out of the egg rolls that come with the salad. The egg rolls were one of the main reasons I was interested in the salad. In fact, I had planned to purchase extra egg rolls. I inquired if the price would be discounted since they didn’t have all the advertised components. The cashier said no, it would be the same price. In my opinion, that’s not good customer service. If I wanted to add something to the order, I would have to pay extra. If they can’t complete my order, why charge me for what they don’t have? I walked out!

This is by far the laziest, cheapest, and worst customer service I’ve experienced in the Zaxbys Franchises. I simply won’t go back to this one. They have fries more than anything, a glop of ranch on top not even shaken, and where the heck is the 10$ worth of food I paid for???? ***Would like to mention; my daughter and I love the loaded fries so much (bought 2 and a salad on this night) that we both get one several days of the week when they are on the menu- typically, I can’t finish mine and snack on it again later. My growing 12 y/o actually gets full.. But I assure you this was an appetizer for her*** Manager came to window when I complained. Told me they were out of some other magical container that would be full with the per oz amounts of each ingredient. if anyone else gave me more than this they would be in trouble (News Flash, not my first time at this restaurant!!) And asked me if I wanted an order of (MORE) fries!!!! Don’t know of that would be comp’d but regardless- not impressed or de-escalated. Get it together.

Great Zaxby’s, located omw home so it’s an easy choice for me to quickly pick something up as the drive thru moves fast and most importantly my order has always been right. Atmosphere gets a 3 as it’s fast food, but it is clean inside

100% do not recommend..Go to Cook-Out or Bojangles if you want fast food in Louisburg. The wait is insane and your food is cold by the time you get it..Cook-Out and Bojangles staff is amazing also.
