Never understand why it takes so long to get food there when going through the drive through. Today I waited in the drive thru for 18 minutes waiting for food. And then when I got my food it wasnt hot. I love Zaxby’s but I’m done with this location.

I am a big fan of this franchise and really like this location, as it is very close to other services that I use in the area. The staff are always very friendly, the quality of food is fantastic and the place is always really clean. I highly recommend that you stop in here to eat. During my most recent visit, Amiya (pronounce Ah-my-ah) was super nice and special thanks to the manager, Sierra, for allowing me to take these pictures. Thank you!

I am so grateful for this location! They always have fresh food. They also handle any mishaps professionally with courtesy! I am a regular here and I am highly pleased with their customer service. I recently ordered the Zensation salad and I asked for 2 extra egg rolls but to my surprise I found out that they were no longer selling the extras and the young man taking my order was very apologetic and friendly about their rule. It is not likely that this day in time people are as kind. Thank you all who are there making customer experiences amazing!

This was an awful visit. I love going to Zaxby’s because they discount your meal $1 if you don’t get a drink, and the numerous times I’ve been to this location, I’ve always gotten that discount because I only drink water. Tonight I was treated like I was trying to cheat them because I noticed the discount wasn’t given this time. I had 3 different employees claim they’ve never done that, and I don’t know what I’m talking about. One of them was extremely rude, and went back to the kitchen to get my food. I had to throw it away because I don’t trust she didn’t do something to it. Instead I’ll dispute the charge with my credit card and never visit this establishment again.

Cobb salads no longer has a good amount of chicken or lettuce. They give more than enough mushy tomatoes .

Worst Zaxby’s in Greensboro ordered two salads and neither of the salads had fresh ingredients and neither had the amount of ingredients that you get at other Zaxby’s…I went at night maybe the ingredients had been laying around all day..I also ordered chicken fingers and fries…they were cold and fried in old grease…the only good part was the toast…how was THE TOAST the best part of our meals? I guess it was the only thing we got that was freshly made…Not going back

I absolutely love Zaxbys. It’s definitely a positive twist on chicken. I’m giving them four starts because I ordered a twenty piece tender and they only gave me 4 small dipping sauces. I paid .25 for extra sauce that I didn’t get.
