I went there today after work. Food is always great. BUT I did not have a pleasant time placing my order. The cashier KELLIE S. , was beyond rude and had a nasty attitude. I am a cashier myself, & that is NOT how to treat or speak to customers. If you don’t like your job, find another one. The other employees were nice & willing to help. It’s ridiculous to show up to work with a poor attitude and act like it’s the customers fault.

Food was extremely cold, requested sauce twice and never received it. All of my fries were burnt , the lettuce in my salad was old ! I definitely do not recommend this Zaxbys

After waiting 30 minutes in the drive through for a salad, I got home to open the salad and was taken aback by the smell. It smelled rotten. The Lettuce was green and the chicken appeared cooked but the corn was absolutely rotten. Threw the whole salad away. Will be a long time before I go back there.

I usually love Zaxby’s but for the past few months their chicken has been dry and overcooked. I recently had a Zax Snack and it was terrible. The chicken bacon ranch fries are my absolute favorite but with the chicken not being good it’s no longer enjoyable.

We went inside this Zaxby’s because the car line was very long. When I got up to the counter you could see most of the cooks in a circle joking around and being very loud. The two women in the back were in tank tops and the cooks pants were down to his knees which is very unsanitary. We ordered and went to sit down but could only find one table that was clean. This place is very unsanitary and they need to work on improving it.

Food was a B. Service and cleanliness was a D. Two of the male employees were walking with their pants half way down to their knee’s so you could their underwear. Made sure the female waited on me and got my food. If I had not been driving all day and had not eaten, I would have not eaten there.

Usually the staff is always nice, but today the girl at the window was trying to give me something I didn’t want . I had to tell her three times what I wanted. At the window the guy jerked my money out of my hand and kept slamming the window in my face. He had an attitude, he should of left at home. The service was terrible. I got a extra order of fries and it was only a few in the box, it is usually full.
