DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I repeat, “DO NOT EAT HERE”!!!!! THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WASH THEIR HANDS!!!! I visited this restaurant on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 around 11:30am. One of the employees walked into the store, went behind the counter, signed in, and began to work. She DID NOT WASH her hands, whatsoever. This same employee bagged my food. I mentioned to the employee that I had a problem with her touching my boxed items because she DID NOT WASH her hands. Then, the stupid black girl with the fake, false, braided hair, reaching down to her butt, who took my order, stated that this employee was not required to wash her hands because she was not touching the food, only bagging the food. So, does that mean that when she and other baggers use the bathroom at work, they are not required to wash their hands because they do not touch the food???? For your information, The HEALTH DEPARTMENT REQUIRES ALL EMPLOYEES WORKING IN A RESTAURANT TO WASH THEIR HANDS!!!!

I saw the food getting cold on the counter while the person in front of the store talking on their phone with it in their hand. This is unsanitary and I waited 15-20 minutes. It wasnt like the food wasnt ready. it was just they were too occupied by their phone call. They just needed to package it up and give it to me, but instead my food got cold and I wouldnt go back. Worst experience of fast food ever.

Too expensive. $40ish for small tiny wings and a stale salad. We couldn’t eat the food so went to Christos in Lexington instead. And the food there is fresh, filling, and affordable. I would never go to another zaxbys ever.

August 1, 2022 – We went to Zaxby’s to dine for the first time and the food was okay. I had a Cobb Salad which came with fried onions in it and Texas Toast on the side. It was a decent portion, eatable not necessarily flavorful though. The price point was reasonable.

Would give zero stars. Husband and I wanted to enjoy our day and eat out, so when we get to zaxbys we’re greeted with a sign on the door saying their dining room is closed due to being short staffed (didn’t know zaxbys had servers that worked in the dining room ) so we went through the drive through and asked the guy at the window if there’s anyway we could take our food in and eat in the dining room and he said no “due to being short staffed” I think that’s just an excuse to not hire more people. Just be mindful that if you want to dine in at this location THE DINING ROOM IS CLOSED!!
