Very poor service at the Zaxbys in Danville, VA. Double check your order be for things will be left out such as the chocolate chip cookies and we asked for not ice in the tea. From the photo there is ice in the tea.

This was my first time here and we don’t have these where I live. The food was very good but I was disappointed to see that they didn’t have fried chicken pieces, just tenders and wings. The taste of the seasonings of the tenders and fries was delicious. The chocolate chip cookies were also very good. Also if you don’t want to touch the drink machine you can select your drink on your phone for contact free pouring options .

Super friendly staff. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten here and the food has only gotten better! The seating is spacious, the decor is fun, and I love the rooster and hen labeled restrooms. My only qualm is the echo inside is a little much, but other than that, this place is great!

The store was busy clean, and with plenty of staff. My only negatives is the clerk put my order in for boneless instead of traditional, and the coke zero syrup was out in the fancy drink machine. Still good food, plenty of flavor, a quick, polite service.

Terrible experience! Paid over 26.00 for (2) 5 piece chicken tender dinners (and did not mind that part if they had actually been worth it) that looked and tasted like they were already pre- cooked and reheated in the microwave when ordered. Drink machine for the 3 different kinds of drinks we tried was out of syrpe. About 5 or more employees behind the counter never offered to try and fix the machine with more syrpe. Ask at the counter if they could get the coke 0 for me because the machine was out only to be treated like I had bothered her. She literally hesitated before taking the cup. There was even a manager behind the counter that made a comment about all the “gathering” of all the employees in one spot behind the counter. Tables could have been cleaned, floors could have been swept, and the restroom could have been cleaned. Have eaten here many times in the past with a very good experience and food. Always spent 25.00+ dollars. Deffently will not be going back to this Zaxby’s. They need the General manager to show up unexpected.

I only give one star because the food was pretty good. I give zero stars for the store and employees. They need a new manager that can control their employees. The front counter employee needs to be fired. She needs an attitude check. I had to drive back because they forgot an item. The little girl and manager refused to give me my item. I had to buy the same item I had already bought. The front of the store was dirty and the floor was sticky. I was the only customer they had, well until another customer came in with a messed up order. I love zxaby’s just not the one in Danville Va. I wont be going back to the Danville location.

Just Door dashed and received order with no seal. I was advised by the manager Bre to ask Door dash for a refund even though she said the order was supposed to have a sticker on it upon arrival. The chicken has a bad taste like burnt grease. No one is willing to assist and i am VERY disappointed with this outcome. Zero stars awarded and i will not return!!!!!
