First off, I tried to order on the app and it said “address couldn’t be validated” so I went through the drive through, I waited a long time with only one vehicle ahead of me, and then got told to park and they’d bring it out. While waiting, tried to put my straw in my drink, I couldn’t, took the lid off, literally all ice, no drink. They finally brought my food out; there was literally no seasoning on the fries, which is the only reason I like the fries. Nothing but pure laziness going on here, I paid almost $14 for one meal, waited 15 mins, with ONE car in front of me, and there was basically no drink in my cup, and no seasoning on the fries. I will never go back here.

They left out 1/3 of the salad, ONLY 2 pieces of tomato (LITERALLY 2 PIECES) and it was thrown together like a tornado would do to a trailer park. Shameful. Especially since salads aren’t cheap.

The manager on duty was so sweet and professional. Our salads were slightly incorrect and she went above and beyond to correct them. Things happen, and it’s the response to that, that matters. I was super pleased. Will definitely be back!!

I have been in the restaurant, waiting over 30min, for my online order that was supposed to be ready in 14min. I placed the order before I arrived at the restaurant and didn’t mind waiting….I finally asked the cashier if my order had gone thru. She confirmed that they had it. I don’t know WHO the manager is, but they are doing a poor job of delegation. The only one who is keeping busy and being proactive is the cashier. Everyone else is standing around talking and giving angry customers the stink eye because they’re complaining about the wait time. I have watched over a dozen people walk into the restaurant, order their food, and get it…..I’m still waiting on my ADVANCED PLACED ORDER. THIS IS UNEXCEPTBLE and again, poor management. Never again will I place an online order.

Everytime I go through the drive through the girls at the window Always have an attitude. The one tonight completely screwed my order all up. And when she went to hand me my food out the window all of the boxes were either upside down or sideways. I ordered a family pack of chicken tenders which is 20 chicken tenders and probably got maybe 15 individual fries with it. Had to go back around and order 3 large fries on top of my first order already being $50.

Foods almost always fresh and hot. Nice and clean atmosphere when dining in. Normally pretty fast service. Workers always decent and friendly. My only complaint would be last time i went, they were out of Zax sauce and thats like a big no no..lol.. And i wasn’t told until i picked up my food so i was disappointed. It may not be a big deal to some but it is the signature sauce and a big reason that keeps me coming back…So work on that but other than that i am very pleased with Zaxbys and specifically this location! 🙂

It took a bit over 10 minutes between ringing up and getting my meal. I wasn’t in a huge hurry, so no big deal this time. I’d ordered the Signature Sandwich meal, but was then told my two choices were grilled or club. I reiterated I wanted whichever one came in the Signature Sandwich meal. I think I ended up with the Club (it had bacon).

It’s a normal thing for this place to mess up orders in the drive-thru and it’s normal for them to be out of fried pickles and cheese bites but this trip I was shorted $12 by the assistant manager she acted very strange as well I had to go back when I realized I didn’t get my change and I showed the manager the receipt where it showed that the cashier put in the total amount paid was 28.00 but I paid her 40.00 at first they said they would have to count the drawer because the assistant manager said she only took my order but didn’t take my money but she instantly remembered she didn’t give me my change and ran to the drawer and asked how much I was owed. I’m so happy I realized because that was all the money I had. Being a server and dealing with money I know accidents happen but something is up with that assistant manager she either was stealing or on drugs or both it wasn’t an accident in my opinion. I won’t be back.
