We ordered thru door dash. And what they gave us all and all was what we ordered.( The person whom placed the order told me he did the order correctly – but I don’t think he did) . We are NOT Happy about The gal. Of tea that was non sweet and had NO lid or labels. ( The driver of door dash said for us to report it to door dash, which I will do). No receipt came in my bag only the kitchen receipt stuck to the bag. The rest of the meal was to our liking. Although I thought the Cobb chicken salad had more chicken on it than one strip.

I’m from Miami my first time experience it was delicious. The sauce definitely to die for , and the strawberry lemonade not so sweet but just right. I highly recommend for everyone to try it. Especially we don’t have this restaurant where I live by.

I’ve tried and tried because I love Zaxby’s, but the service here stinks. You never get what you ordered. If you order something that needs a fork, forget about it better get use your fingers and you better have your own napkins. Every time I order a salad I NEVER get wing sauce and salad dressing. It’s always one or the other. This time I have wing sauce and no dressing. Who even eats a salad like that. I’ll travel farther to get my order correct. It’s gotten ridiculous.

wouldn’t recommend eating here. it was my first time having zaxby’s and i drove thirty minutes for it. horrible first impression. i bought $50 worth of food for 4 people in the drive through. they had friendly service ordering but when we got home to eat, the first thing we noticed was there weren’t any zaxby sauce even tho the guy taking our order confirmed the sauce to come with that meal and we had gotten blue cheese on the side too for one of the meals that they also confirmed and there was no sauce. only 3 packs of ranch for 4 people? the fries were super dry so was our bread. lastly, there was hair in our salad. super disgusting. the food that didn’t have hair in it tasted alright but everything else was pretty gross and dry. dining in would be your best option but even then, i would not recommend.

4 TIMES. I ordered to have delivered and 4 TIMES things were MISSING. I called to tell them and they said contact the delivery service. On there my orders say zero! And it was BROOKSVILLE Zaxby’s that filled the order! Love the food but you lost a loyal customer! VERY DISAPPOINTED ZAXBYS…..
