Pristine Zaxby’s with newer farmhouse style restaurant design, conveniently located right off the highway exit. Landscaping was immaculate and parking lot seemed new and spacious. Thankfully we arrived at the drive thru line when there were only 2 cars ahead of us. Ordered ahead in the app and everything went smoothly. Probably only waited 3-5 minutes from the time we arrived to the time we pulled out of the drive thru line with hot food in hand!

Food here is usually good but most of the time my orders get messed up, even if it’s slow. Normally they forget to give me the extra zax sauce I order but the sure do remember to charge me for it. A few time the for got all the sauce in the chicken finger plate altogether. With Gas prices the way they are I wish they’d pay attention the first time so I don’t have to turn around for the items I paid for. I could understand if they were big orders and something got mixed up but they are single orders. Hot tip check the restaurant copy of receipts for extra items

Never a bad experience at this location. Staff is friendly and the food always is served hot. Good portions and great sweet tea. We go at least once a month and I’ve never complained about anything. Worth a visit for “fast casual” dining.

Ordered a kiddz meal with grill cheese and fries, along with a wings and things. I got a kiddz meal with fingers and stale fries. The fries in the wings and things meal were hard and cold. The fingers in both meals were like rubber. The traditional wings were hard and like cardboard. Just awful. That’s $20 I’ll not get back. The cashier struggled to ring it up and I knew I should have checked it but it was a to go order and I was in a rush. My bad, but the food was terrible and not what I ordered. Add this to a list of restaurants I won’t be going back too anymore.

I’ve always liked Zaxby’s and this one is very good. We came in to eat about 8:30 pm. At first we were the only ones dining inside and there were a few cars going through the drive-through. The staff were very friendly and the food was out to us in a timely manner. My wife had a wonderful salad and I had the 5 boneless chicken meal. I only give them a 4 out of 5 because my chicken wasn’t very hot, temperature wise. However, it was still very good as always.

This was the first Zaxby’s restaurant I’ve been in where someone walked around the dining area and asked how everything was. This was a very pleasant surprise. The food was as good as I remembered as well.

Food is usually good, the Coke is terrible. It is always low on syrup and you do not realize it until you are home ready to dig in. Called and was offered an apology. I usually don’t call to complain about it because it’s a drink, but this time I did as it is a pattern. Manager stated that she did just changed it, but there is no gauge to monitor it. Basically when people complain they check it. This in NOT a one time incident. Get something other than a syrup based drink and you would be better off.
