Andolini’s is a local business run by two brothers, Mike and Jim Bausch. Mike and Jim grew up in Jersey and spent time on the West Coast, too, and bring the full range of great pizza and Italian cuisine to their restaurants in the Tulsa metro. Everything that can be made in house, is made in house. That includes the dough, crusts, the sauces, dressings, mozzarella cheese – even the sausage is handmade at the store. No freezers, no microwaves, no rolling pins (we toss dough!) and no sheeters.

Mother road market is a hit or miss depending on what you get. This time, it was a miss at Zasa’s Pizza and wings.

Terrible, excessively overpriced pizza, in a trendy, overcrowded and glorified food court. I went here on a Saturday afternoon. I was hoping to find Andolini’s, but this place occupied the space where Andolini’s used to be. The menu had 2 slices of pizza for 8.95, which wouldn’t be a bad deal if the pizza was good. Since I had never tried their chicken wings, I opted for the piece of pizza and wings meal. It was 11.95. I ordered that meal and a drink. Somehow that totalled $19.15. I waited 10 minutes for my order. When I was paged to pick up my food, I was told that someone had dropped some plastic into the fryer and they couldn’t cook the wings for my order. I decided to replace the wings with pizza. I waited another 10 minutes and was paged to pick up my food. I got a paper plate with two slices of pizza on it. So, I paid $19.15 for two pieces of pizza and a 16 ounce bottle of soda. I sat down with my family who had all ordered from different places in the food court, and had also finished their meals. The pizza was awful. It was cold and rubbery. The pepperoni was smaller than a quarter, and the pizza sauce was exactly what you can get from a can bought at the grocery store. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy, and I would think twice about feeding it to my dogs. I hated the food, the service, the price, the atmosphere, and the experience.

I’ve never before been to a pizza-by-the-slice place that won’t let you just buy a slice. I was told single-slice orders are not allowed; you have to order either a combo (two slices or a slice and wings) or no pizza at all. This checks out with the order-online feature.

Chicken was undercooked, Cesar salad was not that great I don’t know how you could get a salad wrong. I took my chicken back asked if I could get them more crispy… well done, they made a new batch and it was more undercooked than the first wings, we saw PINK. Staff was really nice but please work on pleasing hungry customers. We had to go eat elsewhere bc I didn’t want to eat raw chicken.

I ordered lemon peppered wings Saturday the 27th, order#2, they were stale/redroppped/ not fresh. They seem like they had potential, but was very un-fresh. I understand they were busy, but for me to wait 30 minutes and pay $11 after tax for 6 wings, they better be fresh and delicious! Because mack wings are 6 for $6!!! So yeah, never ordering here again.

We went here during COVID and things were obviously different with a limited menu. When the guy brought us our food, I hopefully asked for some apple juice for a picky toddler. It wasn’t on the menu but they happened to have some and gave it to us for free even after I insisted on paying. Pizza was good as always but the service was great.

15 minute wait for two slices that were already in the window ready to go. I assume to “heat” them which made the crust borderline burnt. When received they were soaked in oil.
