This place is definitely one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in town! The atmosphere is laid back and casual, but the food is anything but laid back. The food is fresh, the flavors are bold, and the portions are generous. The salsa bar has several options to choose from. I highly recommend the guacamole, steak bowl, and the churros for dessert. I can’t recommend Zapata’s enough. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch. It’s a must-visit for anyone looking for quality food at reasonable prices.

The best tacos in Colorado! I’ve worked in Mexican restaurants my whole life, and tried lots of different Mexican food. I highly recommend this location. Workers are always friendly. The owner is always there helping serve and clean and asking how the food is. The food comes right from the window to the table. If you want fresh tasty tacos check this place out. Especially the zapata tacos and quesabirria tacos!

Ordered through grubhub. First order somebody else picked up our order, so they had to make second order. We ordered 2 fish tacos and 4 quesa taco with pastor on flour tortillas , but ended up getting 1.5 fish taco because as you can see from picture how small the other fish is, and instead of pastor, got pulled pork in corn tortillas, which i never liked! I hate to give this review but this time everything sucked guys.

My wife and I love our local Mexican restaurant! We stop by regularly- the staff is always super friendly and helpful and the food is incredible! The tacos and desserts are definitely our favorites on the menu, but we are also huge fans of the breakfast burritos and plates as well. Definitely stop by and snag some tacos, eat in for the full experience and try the fantastic variety of salsas in the salsa bar! I highly recommend Zapata!

Favorite place to get a good taco. My son and I go here weekly, maybe twice a week. I love their hot sauce selection. Freshly cooked and super fast service. The staff always greets us with a huge welcoming feeling.
