Up until tonight my wife and I used to frequent Zao almost weekly (multiple locations). Food has tasted good and was healthy… BUT, I took the accompanying photo (Woods Cross) while ordering my food, and my entire opinion and appetite has done a 180° turn. **Our family will never return** (One of the workers continued to stand on and walk across the grill and cooking surfaces, and was wiping the hood down, while everyone was in line ordering food) . This has to be a violation of some sort!?

I have ordered about a dozen times. Every single time, AT LEAST one component of my order is missing or wrong. Apparently none of their staff is competent enough to read an order and make it correctly. The food is great, but if I NEVER get what I actually order then what is the point? I might as well order delivery from a random place, close my eyes, and randomly pick something to order. It’s really not that hard.

The best Asian fast food you’re gonna find. I love their bowls and absolutely recommend the yellow curry sauce. The teriyaki is a safe, delicious bet, but wow do they do a great yellow curry!

This place is great! I’ve had the soup and the salad dishes from here, and they both have been really good! I got the salad today with chicken and noodles. The vegetables tasted fresh and the workers there were awesome! It was busy but moved along really quick. One of my go to places for lunch!

Very fresh and delicious. I love the zao special sauce- green curry and chili lemongrass together! The rice noodles ended up being very flavorful with all the sauce and yummy texture toppings. My daughter loved a side dish of yakisoba noodles. I’m intrigued to try their other variations.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but there are few things more frustrating than grabbing a to-go order, driving all the way home, kicking off the ol loafers, then discovering that the restaurant didn’t include dressing with the salad. I guess it’s lettuce and noodles for dinner tonight. Yum!
