I am a frequent traveler around the world. I just happened to be in Fort Worth Texas and stumbled across this quaint Pizza place, Zalat Pizza. I ordered a unique menu pizza and was met by one of the best customer service examples I have come across in Wiktoria. She was kind, and dang can she make a pizza. I had that pizza, came back the next night for more pizza, & then as I traveled home I had a surprise from a friend who brought me a pizza from Fort Worth to Salt Lake City Utah. And it tasted fantastic. I highly recommend this pizza for anyone in the Fort Worth area. And to the fantastic Wiktoria, you are tremendous and should start TED talks on how to have excellent customer service. #FanforLife@ZalatPizza

I used to get Zalat in Dallas all the time so I was very excited to order from here. I ordered online through DoorDash and when my pizza was delivered, 1/2 the toppings were gone because they stacked the sirancha on top of the pizza. Who the heck does that? I tried to call to reach management and of course no one answers the phone. All I wanted to do was treat my hardworking team to my favorite pizza and and spend $50 to receive this? Do better.

How do I give 6 stars? This place is open until 4am Friday night/ Saturday morning. The service was amazing, cook time for pizza was almost exact, and then we opened the box. When we picked up the first slices, we immediately noticed the crust, what an amazing bake! The flavor and the gluten in the dough were apparent in the first bite. The great marriage of flavors in our pizza was amazing! Definitely top 5 pizza I’ve ever eaten, add this as one more reason I’m glad I moved to Fort Worth!

This was my first time ever ordering from Zalat Pizza and from the rating I thought they would provide a good quality pizza. I ordered from them on Uber eats 1/28/23, they had a promo going on for buy one get one free. I was very disappointed. I wasn’t able to get a refund on Uber eats due to the discounted sale, but I feel I need one! Pizza is one of my favorite foods, and all I wanted was a simple cheese pizza. Look at this pizza it looks horrible, this is how it was delivered to me. This pizza literally tasted like I was chewing on cardboard boxes it was HORRIBLE, I couldn’t even finish the pizza. This was my first and will be my last time ordering here, I WILL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY HERE AGAIN. It’s not hard to make pizza, and on top of that there’s no cheese on it at all. I’m not sure what happened, but you guys need better cooks, and better service. People don’t spend money just to not get the service they were promised. I feel I was robbed out of my money.

Great tasting pizza. That’s what’s important. Other than that, the place looks pretty cool with a large easy to order from menu on the wall as you walk in. The server was nice, didn’t have any issues. Overall good experience, nothing to complain about.
