Great tasting pizza and service. Crew was helpful and attentive considering the conditions they seem to be working in. Stopped in to get food and it felt hotter inside than outside. In the Texas heat! Asked a worker the temperature and it was almost 100 degrees and was informed it’s been this way for months now. Can’t believe people are working in these conditions.

This is my favorite pizza place. They have unique pizza flavors; my favorite being ‘the drunken masterclass’. Great tasting crust. Some places make their crust taste sour. Dining isn’t available here, but that isn’t a problem for me. Highly recommend. Prices are worth it.

First time ordering. It’s okay. Order was ready on time. I would say it’s a better version of little Cesar’s and school pizza. Really light on the cheese (there were patches, but maybe that’s their thing) and toppings. The sauce is on the sweeter side. Not bad, but not good. It’s decent. For the price I wouldn’t go back.

Ordered our XL cheese pizza this evening at 1920 hours and got it delivered at 2100 hours. We had to heat it for 10 minutes in our oven because it was cold. (The first time we’ve had to heat delivery pizza in an oven). We literally live off Renner @ Custer. The service and delivery time is lousy and unacceptable For the price and time it took, we would have ordered from somewhere else.

I waited 45 mins for my 18 inch pepperoni and cheesy appetizer because they accidentally burned the cheesy appetizer and threw it in the trash. Worst part is my pizza was half raw and not well done at all. I had to put it in the toaster at home which just ruined the flavor entirely and made it greasier. I’m so disappointed and believe their quality is getting worse everyday. I even sent feedback a while back because my pizza wasn’t well done as requested but got no response. You’d expect the pizza to be up to standards when paying the prices they have.

I’ve had Zalat at another location before and really enjoyed it so I decided to order a different flavor from this location. Placed delivery for an 18″ Sweet Revenge and the pizza came misshapen and overcooked. It was also more sweet than I anticipated but I wouldn’t have minded if the pizza wasn’t so tough to chew. I had to toss it away.

Possibly the worst service and experience I’ve had at a pickup pizza place. Estimated pickup time changed twice. Went in to grab the pizza and they said they made a mistake on the pizza and it’ll be an additional 15 minutes. So now a total additional wait time of 45 minutes. I watched a girl in the back have gloves on, put her finger in her mouth then touch the mix a toppings. The girl at the front looked clueless and couldn’t figure out people’s order or timeline of when to pickup. Safe to say will not be back here.
