Have been coming to the Ritz to celebrate my birthday for years and I found out about this place when planning my 2023 trip. My friends ended up treating me to bottles and dinner and we had the absolute BEST experience. Both chefs (Alex x2) visited and one brought out a champagne gun for me and my friends. The food was seasoned to perfection which was really a surprise because I was expecting country club food (which we all know isn’t the best) however, this did not disappoint. Made a TikTok of our experience (veuvepapi) if you want to watch. And the snowcat ride up is absolutely beautiful/scenic!

I love coming to Zach’s cabin. There’s nothing like stopping in for lunch at an upscale cozy cabin mid slope when you’ve been carving the mountain all morning. Great wine list, beer list usually has a well rated local IPA on draft, gourmet burgers, crispy fries, fresh salads, even lobster and vegetarian items. Tables surround an oversized two way stone fireplace. Drop your boots and coat off in the locker and slide on fuzzy slippers provided for extra comfort. Members only during lunch. Open to all for dinner.

Our first time at Zach’s cabin. We loved our dining experience! The CAT ride was really cool. The restaurant was beautiful and the sommelier had great recommendations for wine. Everyone in our group loved their dinner. I had the braised beef short rib which was amazing. I would definitely take our ski guests here again.

I highly recommend you go to Zach’s cabin the steak is so great and the salmon is so good and their chicken is great the drinks are amazing! And for dessert I recommend the apple strudel with a side of ice cream the best and their espresso martinis are great I highly recommend you go their and the service s great and the ombiance is beautiful!

Great sleigh ride with excellent views to the mountain top restaurant-a Florida guy in the snow! The food and service was the best I received all week in Colorado. The Tomahawk Pork Chop was excellent. Highly recommend as this was the most remembered event in Colorado.

I love this restaurant, however they decided to take on a a private party the night we had reservations and didn’t allow us to move to another night. I had reservations from the moment it opened up for that date. Now we are stuck with no options bc it’s too late. Very disappointed how this went.
