I guess this is acceptable at least this time not all the grits everywhere. I understand fast service but at least make sure the food is done and my biscuit (even though I asked for toast) was sitting in this uncooked eggs getting soggy. Do better

Food is good usually but today when I went inside with my son. My husband overheard what appeared to be the owner(older white male) speak with a customer. The customer stated “man your girl employee is very pretty” and the who appears to be owner said “yes she is. I told her when I interviewed her she was pretty and she said I’m only in highschool” and they both laughed. That’s absolutely disgusting and inappropriate. I want every mom of a young girl to know this.

Today a little after 9 am, I arrived on my bycycle as I do almost every Saturday for breakfast. I was taking a picture of my bycycle with the restaurant in the background. A young employee who was smoking by the dumpster and appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance approached me in the parking lot. He said I needed to stop taking pictures and proceeded to give me the middle finger twice. As if that wasn’t bad enough he then called me the F word. I went inside and complained to the manager. She said she would speak to him. I’ve been a loyal customer, but I sure won’t eat there again. I couldn’t not recommend this establishment strong enough.

I have never been to a restaurant that is suppose to close at 2pm on Sunday and everything is locked down at 1:30 pm. I asked to see a “manager” and out comes an African American “Karen” shaking her head saying it doesn’t matter what the sign says they are closed. I said to her, “well just change your sign time to read that it varies”. She was still going on and on so I replied, “whatever”. If this is the best representation of a manager you guys can put into such a position, I pray for the person placing such people. Negative, nasty behavior let unchecked leads to high turnover and customer loss.

Purchased a breakfast cup this morning & I must say this is the worst zacadoos I’ve ever been too. Grits were mushy, sausage wasn’t cut up properly, food just didn’t taste right at all. I won’t ever go to this Zacadoos again

I had been going there for years every day morning and afternoon but today I arrived at 6:30am and the cones out so I sat and after 10 minutes I moved the cone there were 3 other cars behind me. I figured they forgot to move them so I got to the speaker and a rude voice answered and said we’re not opened I replied when were they going to be opened she replied when we get things ready. I pulled off the Hispanic manager came to the window I asked who I just spoke with she said huh as if she didn’t hear me I repeated she then said that’s why the cones are still out I said they’re other cars behind me she said we’re still not opened and slammed the window.

Save your time and money! Worst experience ever. The cashier yelled at my 2 daughters for “stepping” where she had mopped after she blocked them in the bathroom. Then she wouldn’t give me her name. She also yelled at 2 other costumers at the front door. Food was terrible also.
