Our family has been enjoying going to the various restaurants in this area of Dublin for the last year. My wife and I decided to enjoy a night out and reserved a table at Z Cucina di Spirito on April 3rd, 2023. It was a Monday night and the environment was relaxed. As we walked in the door we were greeted by the host and had a wonderful conversation with him. He showed, in 2 minutes time, how much care, passion, and joy he has for Z Cucina. We sat down and were quickly greeted by our server.

Have visited Z Cucina at another location and was a great experience. Tried the Dublin location based on happy hour advertisement. First, Happy Hour until 7:00 is awesome! We could not make it out until almost 6:00. Drinks were excellent and the service/bartenders were outstanding! Very friendly, not intrusive, and very timely. Did have the calamari as an app and it was excellent! Music was great. Great experience and will definitely be back for HH and dinner.

Dined there with a friend, together we shared the rock shrimp triangoli tapa, pickled beet tapa, truffled Parmesan fries tapa, and mussels. We also shared a bottle of champagne. The champagne menu was very limited and the shrimp tapa was nearly a dish. I understand the small size but it was barely a serving, in addition it was very salty and only tasted like butter and garlic. Our service was great and the staff worked together to provide an efficient service, however the food was not good.

Service was fast, friendly, and helpful! Food was delecious and the atmosphere was great and not crowded ontop of one another. Met with the owner on the way out and seemed like a really down to earth guy that enjoys the business. Will forsure be back!

We had an excellent experience at Z Cucina. The food was out of this world delicious, and the service was top-notch. Our server was prompt, but not too clingy, and the other members of the staff were friendly and accommodating, as well. We ordered the calamari and cheese fritters for an appetizer, the gnocchi and lasagna for our main course, and had tiramisu and the apple bread pudding for dessert, and it was beyond our expectations. I’m including a picture of the tiramisu but honestly, the food was so good that we forgot to take pictures of everything else, and just dug right in, forgoing the photogenic stages of the rest of our order. Also worth mentioning, Z isn’t a chain like Cameron Mitchell, etc. The food was fresh, not frozen, and from the heart. This is good, local fare. Highly recommend.

What an awesome place. Great bar and barstaff with an excellent happy hour. Apps come out fast and delicious, and even their “small plates” are big enough for sharing. Everything my group ordered was delicious and priced well. Service was knowledgeable but slow, and we weren’t able to leave until 2 hours later. Not knocking off a star, but plan your evening around it so you have nothing else to do because you’ll be here for awhile.
