I’ve been here a couple times and the hot pot is so good. I can’t handle spice so we just do the regular broth but it’s so flavorful. The meats are such a great cut. And vegetables are always fresh. There’s so much variety. I will say, customer service hasn’t been the best. BUT it didn’t not keep us from going back again. Everyone has been nice, but they missed a bunch of items or are teens on their phone at another table. Honestly, it didn’t bother me a ton, but just know going into it, you’re going for the food! The food was worth it! The first time, they missed a bunch of items on their big sheet (because it gets confusing and easy to miss with all the items on it) so I boxed them this time and none were missed! Definitely recommend this place. It’s delish!! (Ps. Don’t skip the quail eggs! They’re our favorite ).

I have been coming to this place for over 2 years, i never get tired of it, the staff is very friendly they are also very attentive to the customers. Something i really enjoy is the variety they have at this hot pot, they offer a range of veggies, meat, rice, and noodles. And best of all you only pay once per person and eat all you can! They also have dipping sauce to add even more flavor to the food (the food already has a great taste). And not only do they offer a hot pot but they aslo offer sea food boils and more, to drink they have a big selection of milk tea, smoothies, fruit tea, and toppings. This place is definitley worth checking out if ur in the area.

Me and my sister have been frequents of this restaurant for about 2 years and I have never felt happier with a dining experience. The service is amazing, the food is as good. We usually order hotpot and the ingredients are always fresh and the broth taste amazing every time. I highly recommend this place for a quiet dinner with friends or family. On top of the hotpot and regular menu, they are also offering Milk Tea (Boba) too. Please stop by for a wonderful meal!

First time at the restaurant, dining area was clean and spacious. We were seated and offered refreshments. Ordered the hot pot, was very intreged with the wide selection of veggies and meats. Staff was helpful but forgot a water we ordered.

I went to YY Hot Pot for the first time this week and I was impressed with the customer service by the daughter of the owner. She did a great job addressing our asks and was attentive to whatever we needed while eating our meals. Not only is the food delicious but the customer experience is a plus. Delicious!! We got the all you can eat. They ran out of some stuff (we stayed until close) but everything we did have was great. They even gave us free bubble tea at the end because it’s a new menu item! It was perfect – not too sweet. Definitely coming back.

10/10 would recommend!!! Staff was awesome and super friendly. They explained everything to us to help us understand how it works. Was visiting from out of town, and decided to stop in. Food was super good, and fresh!! Boba tea was delish, and they have a large variety. They even gave us little cookies for free. They have a lovely little store with snacks and hair accessories. The prices are reasonable for the amazing amount of food. Definitely going to be returning soon! Place was super clean and not really busy. Can’t wait to return!! ❤️

We came to this hotpot restaurant as the other hotpot restaurants are all fully booked. I must say their service is very good, they come frequently to clear the plates, top up the soup and change our plates without the need for us to ask for it.
