We celebrated my birthday at this place. The service was good, our waitress was very helpful and patient as she waited for us to decide what we wanted. The food was very good and satisfying. The portions were more than enough. We’ll definitely go back and recommend it to our local friends and visitors. It is a fair price for a Japanese restaurant.

The service was prompt and the food was fresh when served which is always a plus. They have a very wide selection of Japanese cuisine & the restaurant decor was nice. Also! our waitress was very sweet and helpful as far as answering questions about the menu.

Suffering Tendencies

Me and my partner got the soft shell crab appetizer, which was AMAZING and tasted heavenly. It gave us super high expectations, we ordered the sweet and sour chicken for 13$, and the Hibachi scallops and shrimp for 30$. The sweet and sour chicken was dry and out of a box, like it was left under a heat lamp. My hibachi was so salty that it was almost inedible, the scallops basically turned to mush in your mouth and felt like I popped a slug in my mouth. The fried rice also looked like it was out of a box. There was basically no flavor to it compared to my partners white rice, and no color to it. Overall very disappointing, and gross.
