Love love love rolled ice cream! So fresh! You do have to be patient for your order as each one is labor intensive. You can watch them create your yumminess right before your eyes! I went 2 weeks in a roll, the second time taking friends back with me. Be kind to the staff. Like everyone else, they are doing the best they can with the staff they have.

Ignore the negative reviews. The wait time is a little while, but ain’t no 30 minutes. It’s about the same time you’d wait in a chick-fil-a line or Starbucks lol. Besides, everything is handcrafted right after you order – it’s not like they’re pulling out factory made items. I’d rather wait longer for real handmade food than “fast” fake food. You can’t compare the speed of this place to a “fast” food joint. If you want fake, fast generaric ice cream, there’s plenty of places to find that. This, however, is unique and delicious. Besides, the food/drinks here are so good, tbh I’d wait hours for them! I had the ice cream and boba – both were better than anything else I’ve tasted anywhere else! Definitely will come back to try out the other items on the menu!

Is this standard ice cream? Nope! This ice cream is filled with extra flavors. I got the monkey lover. The ice cream was real banana ice cream with nutella, bananas with a chocolate drizzle and a brownie. Unique and very good.

I was heavily skeptical to come here to surprise my daughter with her first boba tea after reading the reviews. Had I listened to all the negative reviews we would have missed out big time. I rate this Sunday afternoon a 10/10. The gentleman who took an order of my family of 5 was friendly, informative and helped us quickly. We waited on our buzzer maybe 5-7 minutes before all our bobas were ready. I will be returning with my family. It was less than $30 for everything we ordered. Thank you again for your rapid service and hospitality!

Yum has given me extremely bad service twice in a row.. The last time I went there I went up, ordered a single scoop of Superman ice cream, and paid. The employee then looks over at the ice cream bins and says “Oh I’m sorry, we don’t have Superman, I don’t know why I rang you up for that.” I say “that’s alright, I don’t need it that much anyways, I’ll be fine with a refund”, when they tell me they do not offer refunds! I say “that’s fine, I’m fine just getting what I ordered then”. But they could not, because they rang me up for something they were out of and didn’t check for first. I stand there for another 5 minutes at least, when a few crew members come from the back with a whole new tub of Superman. Oh so now they have it after I had to stand my ground?

We waited 15 mins for one ice cream with no one in front of us. We watched the employee take her lunch instead of working on our order. There was no one at the front for 10 mins. Then an employee shows up and was on his phone before starting our order. I asked the owner why it’s taking so long for one ice cream when clearly there was no one working at all!!! She couldn’t even speak to us. Poor customer service.
