Nice place with friendly staff. Some dishes are good and some are just okay, you just need to know what to order. The prices are also oddly high on certain items. The general recommendation we got from staff was to not order the dishes you usually find in Americanized Chinese restaurants. The lamb chop was good, popcorn chicken with peppercorns was a little dry.

The woman who took our order was extremely friendly and suggested what she thought was best on the menu to our group. She even suggested a vegetable dish off menu which was delicious. We ordered chicken dishes, a fish dish that came on skewers and had devilish vegetables, tofu dish, a beef dish and several more. We had such a good experience, I can’t wait to come back!

Got the grilled fish special, beef tripe and tendon in chili oil and chicken with pork intestines. The food was yummy. They served us herbal peach tea which had distinct but soothing taste. Definitely recommend this place if you like authentic food.

From out side I thought it would be like any other Chinese restaurant and from the cute decor and writing on the walls (I couldn’t read it I don’t know how to). The wonderful woman who took our order was so cute and charming I bet I would try anything she suggested! Since this was my first time here she got my so hot tea that was very refreshing and my partner had a icetea that was so good and sweet I would have to look up where I could get some myself!

They had just opened up when I arrived and the staff were very friendly. The host recommended what I should try for the first time (take out). Everything was packed well and the food was great: cold wheat noodle with chicken, Chinese eggplant in sweet sauce, and tofu w/salted egg yolk (the tofu seemed to be broiled in an egg yolk batter with bread crumbs. It was not oily. Lots of pieces of tofu that you can dip or add to a sauce. Also, makes a good appetizer to share among everyone.

The food here is wonderful. The fish fillet with pickled cabbage, cumin lamb, and pork with salted egg yoke were amazing. The service was not the best, but the food makes it worth it.

The most authentic Sichuan restaurant in the burgh! They have unique dishes and flavors you can’t find anywhere else. The portions are huge and the staff are very friendly. When you check them out try the roasted duck 成都冒烤鸭 or fish filet on a stick 冒火烤鱼片, you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely horrifying experience. Should’ve known by walking in realizing there was only one table taken in the whole store during DINNER TIME. To start off, the waitress, an elderly woman took us to our seats. The moment we sat down, she started recommending this “juice” the head chef made and was apparently good. We declined many times and even said no thank you. She kept on nagging us until we eventually forcefully had to say yes so she would stop. Throughout the whole time she never gave us a SECOND of personal space to pick what we want. She recommend the most expensive dishes. When we expressed what we wanted she would proceed to start saying the negative things about the dish and tell us not to get it. We still ended up getting it and paid $100 for 3 dishes. Keep in mind that’s 3 dishes. We didn’t even eat most of the food. She came back every couple minutes and I mean 2 minute intervals and started aggressively talking OVER OUR FOOD AND HER SPIT WENT INTO OUR FOOD. this place is okay but our experience was horrible. Will NEVER. be coming back. And DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE! This place is ridiculously expensive and the service sucks!

Taste was good. However, the ingredients was bad. I ordered beef noodles but most of the beef are beef tendon. My friend ordered duck noodles, and there are all duck skin
