I think they are Chinese and they sell Chinese Korean fusion food. Their food taste better than expected. Noodle portion is decent. Interior is outdated but it’s not bad. This place location is bit hidden in corner of the strip mall. Look for the sign and arrow pointing to entrance.

Yuan’s is our favorite place in town to eat out. The food is consistently fresh and homemade, and the portions large and fairly priced. The service here is friendly and excellent. They sincerely thank you for your business and make it known how grateful they are for your patronage. The beef noodle soup is bursting with flavor and unique spices. The beef is very tender and juicy. The pork and cabbage baozi are so so good! Try them with the chili oil. We also enjoy ordering the chicken Lao mian. Yuan’s is closed on the weekends, so be sure to plan on enjoying their food during the week.

Fresh and delicious! I had egg rolls and the spicy beef noodle soup. The egg rolls were hot and crispy and the bowl of soup was huge! It had just the right amount of extra spice that I requested. The service was fast and friendly. Excellent place for lunch!

The food was good, but not great. For the limited options in Los Alamos, this is an enjoyable place to go. I was most excited to try their baozis, but was quite disappointed. They were dry and a little chewy, with little filling. The service was good and very responsive. it made for a fun evening with family. The prices seemed very reasonable.

I was waiting for a friend to show up so the waitress didn’t mind letting me wait for her at a table. The food was good and the employees were fantastic. They didn’t rush making the food but also weren’t too slow. The food was still warm when we got it, but it wasn’t burning your mouth

Yuan’s Dumplings are delicious. They really hit the spot and I’ve been there several times now. I usually pick up the food and take it to go, but they always have it ready by the time I get there. Awesome place!
