Great ramen shop. I had the spicy number 6 with takoyaki. Let me just say this was one of the best bowls of ramen served by the nicest of people. I will definitely be visiting again when I am on that side. The ramen was spicy. Really spicy. But it had flavor not just heat. I could have noodle and taste the noodles with heat. I could eat some of the pork belly and taste the pork not just the spicy. This was my first time having the takoyaki and it was unique. Great flavor that was sweet and savory with a creamy texture that reminded of cheesecake. Just enough octopus to make it seafood.

Very authentic ramen place. The owner lady who attended to the guests was so friendly and welcoming. I love to see they offer options to make ramen combos. We ordered the Black Garlic Ramen, which comes with thick noodle. The broth is very thick and heavy, exactly what it supposes to be. The thick noodle is tough and slightly chewy, which fits the good Japanese standard as well. The Green Curry Ramen comes with thin noodle. Its broth offers a very delightful, authentic yet smooth Thai green curry flavor, amazing alternative to the traditional Japanese ramen options. I actually enjoy the thin noodle more and kept eating from my SO’s bowl…. XD Looks like the chief arranged the thin noodles for the “lighter” broths and the thick noodle for the “heavier” soups. The ramen has good amount of noodle and toppings in it. I would say it is adequate for a small dinner.

A small gem. Friendly, yet not overbearing, staff serves ramen in human size portions (not giant bowls to feed the whole family). The ingredients are each well prepared, and flavors come together in a bowl of yummy goodness. This place has a nice mellow vibe to match the food. Definitely worth a try.

My fiancé and I have tried all the ramen places in our hometown and neighboring towns, none of them can beat Yua so we drive out of our way to come here. We’ve tried all their ramens and most of the other menu items, all good – however what makes Yua stand out to us is their black garlic miso ramen. It’s absolutely delicious every time! Rich, creamy, umami broth, and the noodles are perfect texture and the toppings are delicious as well. Service has always been speedy and professional too. The price for two bowls of ramen that leaves us full, satisfied and spiritually renewed is so worth it – not expensive, but tastes like it is!

The ramen was very, very good. Portion was ok, and price was right. The sides were just ok. Probably wouldn’t get the curry rice again. Restaurant was very clean. Service was fast and polite.

Cozy atmosphere, kind and attentive waitress and delicious spicy ramen. I’m so glad I found this place! I used to drive all the way into Seattle for good ramen but this place is significantly closer and cheaper. I’ll definitely be returning 🙂

Although I wasn’t aware of how long they’ve been around, I’m really glad we decided to give this restaurant a try! Luke and I both enjoyed the restaurant, he loves spicy ramen, and katsu curry was a hit for me. However, the karaage left me a bit disappointed due to its dryness. I believe in honesty, but I’m eager to explore other dishes on the menu during future visits. On a positive note, the server was incredibly kind and friendly, adding to the overall experience. I recommend this place, especially considering its proximity to 99 Ranch!
