I ordered my food at 8:40 told it would be delivered at 10:00pm. Food didn’t arrive until 10:30 and my pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way. I will never buy from this place ever again

Horrible!!! Will never order again first it took 1 hr & 45 min to deliver cold pizza and burnt chicken and jojos to have mushrooms on the pizza that I clearly stated 2 times my husband is highly allergic then I found a huge blonde hair on the pizza I was eating called for a refund and was told would take 5 business days so I couldn’t even order anything else for my kids and husband and I to eat what a shame we ordered once a week from here too for years

Under New Management! My review just got changed from one star to five if you had a bad experience with your pizza shop in the last year it will all change. I am a large pizza lover without question will order it multiple times a week. Your pizza shop has some of the best JoJo’s some of the best pizza offered in Ohio. Met the new manager today and the owner great guy. A new management staff that actually cares good luck to you guys and gals I’ll be ordering tonight for the first time in 8 months.

Did not even ask for the full address, the lady on the phone was not the brightest I tried to give her delivery instructions, 2 hours went bye before someone called and when they called they were no where near my address, I was asked to send the address and I did. Then waiting for a response, I called back and I was blocked and now they are closed and I feel like a wasted my time and I am hungry
