After I sent an order to the North Canton store, the awesome gentleman in the Hartville branch helped me to figure out how to get a refund. Which I never got. Then literally minutes before they closed took and made and finished my order right before locking up and walking out. The best part it was made the same way it would have been made for lunch. I used to live in Massillon and the Yours pizza there was a treat to be had. I’ve since moved to Akron and been missing their pizza for years. Recently found out Hartville had a location and first time I tried their sausage and pepperoni I was instantly filled with nostalgia for the old shop in Massillon. Good perfect crust, right amount of toppings. This place is the best I’ll definitely keep coming back. Keep up the good work guys!

Tried to support local business waited on hold for 5 minutes one time a couple the next hang up. Get a call back from aggressive rude manager telling me we must have been disconnected. The teenage girl who works there absolutely ruined my experience. She is lazy and not friendly. She argued with her manager to try to get out of working and took a break while making the food. It took her 30 minutes to make a sub and a French bread pizza. We were the only order that was being worked on. She burnt the crust on the pizza and then argued with her manager about it being burnt. When the manager tried to lecture her on doing a better job, she was aloof and apathetic. I know you’re probably short-staffed, but you’re probably better off without this employee.
