My experiece
The temperature of my pizza was hot which is good thing but not tasty. It just doesn’t match up to the price. The 3 employees I encountered did not greet as I walked in. No type of customer service skills whatsoever. The cashier said are you ready to order or do you need time? I told it was my first visit give me a few minutes to look over the menu. After my order was ready I looked at the gelato case and saw a gnat.1st and last visit for me.

Your Pie is usually my favorite place to eat! (I worked the old downtown Athens location before closure and it got me hooked!) Everytime I order here at this location it seems to get worse and worse. I ordered a chopped salad and it came with the wrong toppings and missing toppings I ordered (no cheese?!?! cmon ): ) the salad wasn’t chopped at all and was mostly spinach when I ordered romaine. My drink was incorrect as well. I love the Your Pie values, but this location doesn’t seem to be standing by them. I’ll order from here in the future if I’m desperate for some Your Pie, but if you can I’d recommend going to a different location. This one just can’t seem to get it right anymore.

I always enjoy this place. Great pies made as you like. They are open for indoor, patio or takeout. We ate in, the place was clean. Tried the Cubano pizza available for a limited time, it was good. However, can’t say I’d have that again, would rather have a Cuban sandwich elsewhere. Also had a Nat pasta and a made to order pizza.

This location is in desperate need for a more experienced-adult manager! All the employees are high school kids! while waiting a long time for my pizza, one of the employees dropped 5 pizzas off the tray thats supposed to go into the oven. Rather than making new pizzas, they just put whatever dropped back on it.All the employees thought it was funny!! Dont know who the manager is, but they arent taking customer service seriously!! It took a long time for the pizza to cook. The competitors-Blaze , Mod Pizza have better customer service. First and last time coming to this place!!

this is an honest review. everyone in the car was starving and this one was the closest to us. bad mistake. they told us that “everyone had to leave on time” but they werent closing for another 2 hours. and then they told us that they couldn’t serve us and if we ordered we couldnt eat in the restaurant. they said that they had to get their staff out on time. overall, bad experience.
