Excellent food, great portions but the food is also great quality. Had the jalapeño chicken and hamburger steak. The veggie side was perfect, a good amount of broccoli and cabbage. I will come back and I live in Ontario but it will be worth the drive.

The seafood plate was a disaster. The shrimp and fish filled were seriously overcooked. At least the rice and macaroni were ok..

Not sure how they have an A health dept rating. Place is dirty, not organized, the shrimp were overcooked and the cook was serving the cabbage with a bare hand (no utensils). I love Hawaiian bbq.. had high hopes. Oh well. First time and last time…luckily the are a lot of places to eat in this complex.

Rude customer service. Impatient customer service. Food tastes terrible. Should not be called Hawaiian food. No flavor, mac salad was all mayo, musubi harldy had any sauce on it and was only rice and seaweed. Many other Hawaiian food places in the area to go to.

Food was really great got 2 mix and match plates with Katsu chicken, short ribs, bbq chicken and pineapple chicken. The short ribs were amazing and the Katsu chicken was really crunchy and delicious. The macaroni salad and steamed rice were a perfect side. The food took about 15 minutes to make but was worth the wait. The cashier was nice and explained the half and half and mini plate options. The sauces were also really delicious.

This place was very good at customer service, last couple times there is guy his name is Hector no customer service at all, very unfriendly, I ordered a boba easy ice and he wanted to charge me a dollar extra because easy ice, in my opinion this is uncalled for, Hector does not have any knowledge about customer service. No future purchase at this location.I’m not paying for. Cup of ice I’m paying for a drink

This place has the worst customer service. I called thirty minutes prior to closing and was put on hold for 10+ min the lady working says she can’t take phone orders 20 min prior to closing. I explained to her that she had me on hold for 10+ min and I called within the time frame. She said she needs to ask her manager. The manager said no. She than changed her mind and said her manager said it depends on how far I am. I told her max 15 min she’s wasting time going back and forth talking to her manager. He than decided no. I asked her if I called earlier how long does it take to make an order she said 15 min. It’s evident they lack on providing decent customer service. I would give negative stars if possible. I never leave negative comments but this service is trash. Don’t waste your time.
