I’m not sure if this place is now closed as reported by Yelp but I just recently got food from here and it appears open in Google, so not sure. But what I am sure of is that they make some delicious food!

Had their soy milk boba and it was heavenly, especially in such a sunny day. The coffee jelly, pearls, and soy milk foam combo goes so well together. Really nice place as well and the lady at the counter was very nice and welcoming. Would like to go back and try their hotpot as well!

It’s a good place to get boba tea , ice cream, and dessert. However, for the food, I personally would not recommend it. The rice noodles I ordered were not well-cooked; some of them still stuck together. Additionally, the scallion pancake tasted like it was reheated from frozen pancakes.

This is my new fave Asian restaurant in PGH! The grass jelly is so good! It taste so fresh! The black fish was also so fresh! Reminded me so much of Taiwan. Will definitely be back. The staff was also super nice!

Very good bubble tea. They’ve got the kind with real taro. Yum! They also have various fruit drinks and the “cheese foam” stuff. Haven’t tried the hotpot or pastries, but will have to come back for them!

Just recently moved to pgh and finally found some good hotpot. Being from Chicago, we have tons of hotpot restaurants where you cook everything yourself; it was a huge let down to not find a place like that out here where they don’t serve you the broth and protein/veggies/noodles together. However, for it all being together like soup, it was AMAZING! The broth was so flavorful and spicy, just how I love it (could be spicier too ;)). Also I even doordashed a hotpot and milk tea and it travels SO WELL. Tasted like I was sitting at the restaurant. Nothing was soggy, veggies still crisp. Love the plethora of options and honestly some of the best milk tea I’ve ever had!! Their grass jelly is bomb.

Yotea is so tasty!! We got the homemade jelly tea, mashed taro tea, and mango sago pomelo tea. All were great. Beef brisket hot pot was delicious and the stock was rich and homemade. We got sweet and savory zong-zi; excellent. Can’t wait to try the egg tarts next time. FYI – we ordered on Doordash and everything was packaged perfectly (with cute branding!). Can’t wait to visit IRL!

Absolutely amazing egg tarts. The filling is cooked to perfection and the shell is delicate and crispy. Highly recommend you give them a try, you can’t find egg tarts this good anywhere else in the city. They were closed for a bit so I was heartbroken, but they’re back now and the egg tarts are still excellent.
