Yoshi’s opened its doors in 2001 and has been Utah’s local teriyaki joint ever since. Owner Eddee Johansen has a serious love for creating some of the most delicious food around. Our rice bowls take inspiration from Mexico, Japan, India, and many other parts of the world. Our food trucks are known for the delicious tempura that we serve all over the Utah valley.
Describing what we do isn’t hard, but it definitely doesn’t do it justice. So come in, say hello, and take one look and you will know what we are all about!

If I could give more stars, I would. I’ve been hearing good things about this place for a while, and I’m stoked that I finally tried it. If you haven’t tried Yoshi’s yet, you’re missing out. I actually Doordashed this order but will be visiting in person very soon. The sushi was awesome, and the portion size was massive! Keep killing it Yoshi’s! You guys rock!

Never disappoints and great employees!! Try the matrix roll… amazing! Sweet chili chicken was incredible as well! I have ordered almost half of the menu and am equally impressed with every item. Try it with half rice and half noodles and you won’t be disappointed. I think you can very easily share the full sized portion and feed 2 people no problem.

I have tried this restaurant twice. The first time I didn’t like it. The rice is way too soft, and the food had no flavor. We tried again and it’s gross. The Vegas tempura roll was nauseating as it smelled like rotten fish. I opened it up and the salmon is either cooked in a smoker, or comes from a can. This restaurant is in no way Japanese. My lunch went into the trash. It may be cheap and fast, but I won’t be ordering again.

Food is delicious and fulfilling. I got the Raging Bull, dish was full and deep filled with food. I recommend to anyone. I ordered for pickup and found inside was nice and cozy. The cashier greeted me as I was coming inside and with a wonderful smile. I will be back again soon.
