Little dude ate a combo bowl. Loves the Original Beef and Orange Chicken with white rice and veggies. You add 3 ginger packets and you got a meal. He beat his older brother and sisters at eating his meats and veggies. Food can be pricey on it own but coupons almost cut the price in half.

I got two Combo XL bowls, with two different meats, and they put very little of it. They took long to getting the food ready. I also got the boba, but it’s filled with too much ice. Even though I told the cashier to do “light ice.” I would highly recommend to stay away from this Yoshinoya location.

Their app and front counter customer service sucks!! They kept on telling me to go sit down and figure out how to use the app yourself!! They said they don’t deal with the app?! No training on how to order online, or find solution? I had to end up spend 15 minute figuring out their poorly made app. I can’t even pay cash! What a waste of time! I bought the large Hanabi Hot Gyudon beef with vegetable bowl. Taste was not good. Their standard beef bowl taste a lot better.

This will be my first bad review. I Really try to understand people In the food industry since I am also in customer service. I’ve had two bad experiences here with Juliana. She has terrible customer service. Very rude how she speaks to customers. Not sure why employers would have her in front of the house taking orders.

Largely decent experience, responsive to the customers, follow instruction or dietary request, as opposed to some of their sister joints. Wish they would substitute rice with veggie though, to which some others locations accommodate. It tastes like refrigerated veggie anyway. It’s not a little expense, and extra large combo, with a soda, could easily be close to an Andrew Jackson!

Never coming here again. Horrible service, the dude doing the cooking, blond tinted hair and beard, is playing a boombox at full blast, while the store music is also playing. The dude trying to take orders can’t hear what is being told to him. I ordered avocado and they gave a half unripened avocado with the skin from the seed left inside of it! Who the the actual store manager is that person really needs to this crew under control.

It’s alright. Compare to the yoshinoya is asia, this is not even close. They serve their rice bowl with vegetables, so it’s a plus for healthiness. But you cannot get shabu shabu, salmon rice bowl or any special items that are served in asian. Fortunately, the beef tastes as good as the store in Japan. Keep up the good work yoshinoya.

The last 3 times I’ve went to get a chicken bowl they only give you 4 pieces of chicken and barely any rice . If you want a chicken bowl go to Waba where they give you more than 4 pieces of chicken and teriyaki
