The food was great. I’m sure that it’s pretty uniform at most chains like Yoshinoya. The only thing I’d say is the look of the restaurant felt dead, ghost town like. From someone that studied in the art field, presentation is everything. I know it sounds cliche, but it’s true. It just looked depressing inside of the restaurant. It doesn’t draw customers to want to come in.

The worker Enrique gave excellent service while I was ordering. It was my first time eating there, and didn’t know the menu but he was very patient with me and even offered his personal recommendation. Food came out very delicious. 5 stars ⭐️

Staff is inconsistent with knowledge of the menu items and how the app works. Even the manager wasn’t helpful. Food is okay, but the staff ruin the experience. They need better customer service skills.

Hi I just dine in here and had to order online because the register was down very inconvenient. After eating my dinner I asked if I can please use the restroom. And the kid here working told me the restroom is not available. There’s no sign on the outside of the restroom door.

This particular yoshinoya is located right in the middle of the main street Tweedy, making it a good addition to all the local businesses in the area. If your looking for something a bit different than the local cuisine then yoshinoya provides a good break from the everyday cuisine and with a friend or two can also make for a good time.

Ordered the xl combo and it looks nothing like what they advertise. I called to ask if I was served the right order and they said yes because it’s position how the xl plate is. Even though it’s the same amount of protein they serve in the regular combo bowl. She said instead of the veggies being placed on the plate they serve more protein which if you look at the picture you can clearly see the empty space . Don’t advertise a full plate of protein if that’s not what you’re going to serve.
