Ordered on Uber eats and the chicken was cold, no teriyaki sauce on my meat even tho it’s called teriyaki steak and the meat also had lots and lots of charcoal residue. The soda they gave us was super warm. The avocado that we paid extra for was disgusting. I advise not to order here period because as someone who also worked in a fast food environment I would not serve this period. Feel bad for the cashiers/order takers and front house people who hand out food like this putting trust into their cooks. They should also learn though to double check instead of trusting cooks who just set up the business for failure.

I got the app so last time I order from Azuza I had to go pick it up to El Monte but it was warm. It was delicious. They give me my condiments. This place is another one that I usually like to go to. I’m going to see pictures next time I do definitely recommend it.

If you want to feel ignored, this is the place for you. Standing in line, by myself, no one in front of me, for over 5 minutes before acknowledged. Four workers in sight. Can’t comment on the food, as this review is being posted while I wait to be of existence. The girl who walked from the back, and took my order, was nice however. I’d put her name but she didn’t have a name tag on such as the other girl.

Went back the counter to ask for teriyaki sauce, they forgot in the bag, and he acted as if I was lying about it. I asked 3 times and finally the kid turned around and grabbed the sauces he forgot to put on the bag sitting on the counter behind him and handed them to me. No sorry, not even eye contact cuz we both know who was wrong.

Food was good however cannot say the same about the customer service, the girl at the register named desiree, was giving my boyfriend and I some attitude making us feel pressure to order quickly. She was doing the same to a lady ordering in front of me and poor lady kept getting interrupted, desiree basically was like what do you want? Can u like tell me exactly and making us and other customers rush to order… Maybe she was having a bad day but made us feel unwanted here.
