OMG !!! First off the line was long as hell because the dining was closed at 9 when the web said 10. When I finally get to order they said there out of Beef but they have every thing else. Seriously the worst rice bowl I have ever had. The meat had a funny flavor and the rice taste like it was cooked with the meat. I would skip this place and eat elsewhere, three bites and my stomach is upset. The only thing my kids enjoyed was the music.

Second time coming here, food is good customer service not so good, employees sound very unhappy dont pay attention to the person they’re helping out BIGGEST annoyance was both times we ask for extra ginger they only gave us five total so we had to keep asking, each time they’d just give about three gingers. I was a shift manager at a yoshinoya once and it was never a problem to hand a customer 20 or 30 gingers for two or three plates. Update giozas are always burnt, overcooked, reheated idk but they’re gross
