I ordered the combo plate via DoorDash and the meal was great. The issue I had though, is that I also ordered the new boba drink which was 5 dollars plus tax. My drink wasn’t filled up all the way. I felt like they were greedy with the drink. I have ordered boba from different places and they always fill it up to the top.

1 star Cause i cant give 0 stars Went thru drive thru placed my order paid and then was told to park until my order was ready (a chicken veggie bowl and spring rolls) thwn didnt wanna mess up there drive thru timer i guess so i waited parked for about 15 mins and no one came out so I went in to see what was up and to get a refund if my food wasn’t ready which it wasn’t 4 people working no one in charge 2 people just kept wiping tables that no one used I person in drive thru window taking orders and 1 person making the food no one had a reason for the delay and all seemed lost when asked about my order no one could give me an 800 number since there was no manager to speak to and it took another 10 mins to just get a refund at that point my order was ready but I didn’t want it. once the drive thru cashier stopped taking orders and finally helped me giving me my money back never have a been to a place so crazy and unprofessional and so I went and spent less at the Chinese takeout next door instead

They took nearly 15 minutes to take my order and another 15 to bring out my food. The restaurant is literally empty they had no other orders me and my brothers where very disappointed

Allways disappointmenting this yoshinoya, very very poor portions and looks used chicken is only legs, is not worth pay 11.14 for a combo bowl.with soda.

I love the Ribeye teriyaki bowl. The service is great but on occasion there’re homeless people hanging around outside.

Check your items before you leave. When they hand you items they don’t communicate with a “thank you for coming”, or “I’m still waiting on one more item”. The last time I went all they said was “here” and that was it. I’m sure like anything, it’s the one bad apple that messes it up for entire business.

I can’t believe this is Yoshinoya! Portions were really bad. Good thing I asked for extra teriyaki sauce on everything. Made it look full, somewhat. Ice machine for fountain drinks was out of service. The music is blasting in the lobby, made it hard to have a conversation and enjoy my meal. Not that great, like most Yoshinoya restaurants.

Really good deals with the coupons. The chicken and beef are always fresh just had a minor problem with the not so fried rice, it was over cooked and hard in some places.

Came to this location not that long ago, was missing an item, thought about coming on here and expressing my frustration but chose not to. Today is different, just went through drive through and asked for no Skin and no sauce, what did my Chicken bowl contain? Chicken with skin and teriyaki sauce. Done with this place, actually done with Yoshinoya all together.. almost $10 for mediocre chicken bowl. Not anymore.
