I had a taste for this but, definitely will be my last time. I asked for my shrimp to be cooked hard instead I was told they couldn’t that it would be chewy. If a customer asks for something that they are paying for do it. Then my girl tells me the price for just a mini shrimp fried rice with shrimp and it was $30 ( a mini ). You can choose to waste your money on this inflated quickly no love prepared food but I won’t. I got 7 shrimp for $30 I can’t believe this.

Food is horrible. Very Bland! Had to come home and damn near season everything! I got the whole salmon with chx fried rice. Huge a$$ onions. Bland Broccoli. This is not fried rice. No eggs, barely veggies. They just throwin $hit on the grill and using frozen salmon. Never again

Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff was rude. I paid almost $30 for the Spicey Chicken Hibachi, which tastes absolutely horrendous. It has no flavor. It doesn’t look appealing in anyway. The red sauce that makes it “spicey” (I use that term loosely, it’s not at all) tastes like cheap old hot sauce. The unseasoned fried rice is more like boiled then lightly sautéed with soggy unseasoned veggies. It doesn’t taste like a hibachi dish at all. Even with paying extra for the sides of garlic butter it doesn’t taste any better. I’m very disappointed in how little flavor this food has. The last time I had the hibachi from Yoshi was the Fenkell location when it first opened, and I assumed it would be better since they’ve opened multiple new locations, but I was wrong. The service is still bad. The food was better in 2019. At least better than what I received today. I definitely will not be back and DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE looking for a good hibachi meal. It’s worth the drive to go to a legit Japanese spot further out. Don’t waste your money or your time.

$1.50 for a SMALL thing of extra garlic butter that you ABSOLUTELY NEED because the food is bland and flavorless without it. It doesn’t even taste like they cook it in the actual garlic butter. It definitely looks better than it actually tastes

Tried to place an order 100% unprofessional. Answered the phone in a dragging, annoyed tone as if I called her home and woke her up. No introduction and didn’t prompt me to make an order. I’ve been here previously and had bad broccoli served to me and then they forgot items each time and never corrected the situation. By far the worse Yoshi location. Service and quality is hit or miss. Don’t bring your personal to work people.

The television advertisement was very appealing. Had our chops watering. The product very disappointing. I certainly hope that the other locations are not like Southfield but its going to be hard for us to give them a try.The Hibachi Chicken and Hibachi Steak dinner were both very dry and lacked the Habachi grilled flavor we were looking for. The rice was undercooked and crunchy. The broccoli (3 pieces) was okay. The mushrooms and onions, done right. Biggest disappointment, “WHERE’S THE HABACHI FLAVOR?” “THAT’S WHY WE VISITED YOUR ESTABLISHMENT!” I could have saved a bunch of money by going to Burger King for their “flamed grilled flavor.” 2 star rating because the counter person was a pleasant person to work with.

I ordered the chicken & shrimp dinner with shrimp fried rice the chicken and shrimp was ok but the rice taste like fish fried rice why does the rice taste like fish I wish it was dry at lest it wouldn’t taste like fish messed my taste buds up it made the chicken taste nasty. I would eat a piece of chicken and then the rice I almost spit it out my mouth now I gotta make my own darn rice.
