Ramen is decent. We had shoyu ramen and Zangi fried chicken. They were alright but not outstanding. Shoyu broth was fine by itself but too dull for the noodles. Zangi was well fried but the spicy sauce wasn’t spectacular and was overpriced for the amount given. However, I’m interested in trying their waygu ramen if I ever come back.

The ramen is decent, but lacks any acidity and causes a very dull, salty taste.

Literally cannot go wrong with anything on their menu here. The broth is some of the best I’ve had in Seattle with tender meat and perfectly cooked noodles with the right amount of chew. Their fried chicken slaps as well!

I was greeted immediately when I walked in and seated right away. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful and the ramen was delicious! I got the umami Dashi ramen, and it had the best broth I’ve ever tasted, it was so umami!!! 100/10 recommend

So nice to have a ramen spot on 45th! The lunch combos are a good deal, and the menu is extensive enough to keep things interesting.

Vibrant ambience! Staff friendly but quite busy. We had to share a table with another group, so had to talk louder

I’d give it ten stars if I could. My new favourite place to eat in Seattle. Can’t wait to come back. Food is delicious, fairly priced, lot of drink solutions, beautiful Japan-Washington fusion decor, and the owner is a very authentic guy. A great experience. I’ve had it twice already and hope to get it once more before I leave. Come hungry, you won’t be disappointed.
