Was delicious!! I had a cheeseburger (ketchup, mustard, tomato & onion) with onion rings. Husband had hamburger steak, fried and coleslaw. He said it was really good. We’ll be back.

Wonderful selection of souvenirs and memorabilia, and the food is fantastic, but the staff is the friendliest, most helpful group of people I have ever met!

The sweet potato fries and fried green tomatoes are great. And the food is so affordable. It is good to know the owner is decedent of world war I hero Sgt. York. Worth to stop by to pay respect to the heroes family.

My wife and I along with our young daughter decided to have a bit of lunch before taking the driving tour at the Alvin York State Park (right across the street). The menu had burgers, corn dogs, and a few other types of sandwiches. We opted for chuckwagon sandwiches (a nostalgia choice) and shared a basket of fries. There is also some souvenirs and memorabilia to browse while you wait, and plenty of seating in the back The sandwiches were great, and the fries were freshly cooked. The ladies in the staff were very pleasant and friendly. I would definitely recommend it for lunch or a snack if you are there touring the park.

Nice friendly place to stop! Got a nice lunch at a great price. Some of the best baked beans I’ve ever eaten. The diet Mountain Dew from the fountain was so refreshing (It’s my favorite soda). I was sorry that we were too full to finish our meal with ice cream.
