Service and food quality says a lot. Unfortunately this is not my family’s first time, nor mine. The food was good. But I felt very discriminate and so did my family. The ladies were very rude, included with ignoring us after making eye contact when asking for assistance and eye rolling and huge attitudes with huff and mumbling. The staff does not help each other nor other tables they are not assigned to. The staff picks and choose which customers they want and refuse to help others. This is so disappointing because I like the food, but its not worth eating here with such rude ladies. They charged me for food the didn’t get delivered and the lady argued with me, that she can’t remove it from my bill because it didn’t come out. Obviously if it didn’t come out from the kitchen then it wasn’t served and I didn’t eat it, so why should I pay for something I didn’t have.

Sooooooo good! It blew my mind, well taste buds actually . We order their spring rolls, which were cooked to perfection and also got their matcha boba tea, you could definitely taste the high quality of the matcha (totally recommended). As entrees I tried their signature ramen “tonkotsu” and my husband their chicken teriyaki, both dishes were well balanced. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The staff was professional and friendly. Also I need to note the place was immaculately clean.We are coming back!

I went there with my friend, it was my first time ever, and I have to say that the chicken miso ramen was the best ramen I had in Naples. The portions were good, everything was perfect. The noodles the extra eggs, the chicken everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned perfectly. I will definitely go there again.

After reading most of the reviews online regarding the Boba Milk Tea, I had to come try it out for myself. I can definitely say I’m not disappointed, the milk tea was delicious and the boba was pretty good too. As it may have been good, it’s definitely not the best in town. In my opinion Kun Fu Tea, and paradise Smoothie still has the crown.

Food was very good and service was excellent, kudos to Andre he was awesome. The butterfly pea tea and Korean Corn Dog were delicious! Only real complaint was the mussels were dry and tough in the spicy seafood ramen. We’ll be back to try more.
