The worst sushi I’ve had in years. This place is next to a grocery store and I can almost guarantee the pre made sushi from the grocery store would have been much, MUCH better. The rice was cold and chewy/hard. Sushi rice should be room temperature and nice and soft. Even the fish wasn’t fresh. The girl who served me was amazing but the food was absolutely terrible. I won’t ever eat here again.

I walked into Yogis for the first time just to experience the worst customer service I’ve ever had. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young gal rolling her eyes. My wife ordered and I could tell the cashier had a long/bad day, because she was displaying “0” customer service skills. My wife was a server for many years so she is extremely polite and considerate with staff at restaurants–especially towards the end of someone’s shift. The door says it is open until 9:00pm, however at 8:30pm the cashier asked us to leave as soon as our order came out–“There is no dining in after 8:30pm.” I asked where it says that and looked around in case I missed it–nowhere does it state that. I asked to speak with the manager, just to be told he wasn’t there. Another gal walked up, after putting her cell-phone down, to try and help explain to me their “policy” stating, “Management gets upset if we allow customers to dine in after 8:30pm.” I live in the foothills and can confidently say that was the first and last time I walk into this place. My wife said she has been there a couple of times with friends, and every time it’s poor service. Sounds to me like Yogis needs to ask In-n-Out or Chick-Fil-A how to hire quality staff–this happened Friday evening 12 May 2023.

Foothills location has horrible service. Had to ask twice when my food was coming. They seem to cater to “to go orders”. Waited 45 minutes for my food that came barely warm. Our friends got their food 15 minutes before mine. Ridiculous. Girls behind the counter didn’t seem to care. Never again. Plenty other places to eat in Yuma with superb service.

Customer service is really bad, and deserves a 1 star. Food is ok 3 star, nothing crazy for a franchise, so overall 2 star. Honest review you need to improve and hire new people who really treat customers courteously.

I ordered online, used the q code on the menu, very convenient. When I went to pickup in foothills waitress said they didn’t have my order, when I showed her my order confirmation she said it must be at their other location 16 miles away. I didn’t even know they had another location (I was never given a choice of locations on their website). When asked if they could transfer the order the hostess said; sorry they could not, and there was nothing they could do. My first thought was to call my credit card and cancel payment, however I was hungry and tired so I chose to make the 40 minute round trip to Yuma. By the time I got home the gyoza and kastu bowl were cold and stiff.
