I called in an order for pick up. The lady was rude on the phone and carried herself ghetto. When we got there the lady said they’re was no order, even though we already paid ahead of time for it, and got the name wrong. Once they found the order. The food was old not fresh. The oil used to fry to the sushi taste very old. I would not recommend going to this location.

Great food with great service! I was greeted as soon as I stepped to the counter. I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki Bowl (no scallions) with a Medium Drink for Dine In. The order arrived within 4 minutes of ordering. The Drink station was fully stocked and clean. They had pumps of Teriyaki Sauce for Dine In customers available also. The Chicken Teriyaki Bowl was hot, fresh, and tasty! I was served with 2 additional packets of Teriyaki Sauce, napkins, and a fork. The lobby was clean and well maintained. I was the only Dine In Customer, and it was after 6:00pm on a Saturday. There were a few orders for to go, while I was there. Unsure why they ask for tips, when they don’t have table service, but you have the option to not tip. I would highly recommend this location for anyone who loves a great meal at a decent price.

Disappointed. Not only was there barely any sauce on my food, there weren’t any sauce packs in the bag either. When I had asked how many sauces were in the bag I was told there was 4 and forks. So I paid for 2 extra sauce, get the food home, only 2 sauces, no forks, and the food was pretty much dry. Hate to see when a company starts trying to nickel and dime you rather then take care of the customer.

I went to eat lunch today with my mother and sister and our kids as we was in line to order my sister walked up to order her food n they told us that we’re not welcome there n not aloud to be there because we leave to big of messes we have 4 toddlers and we throw our trash out everytime and we told her that and she said I no but u leave a mess so I guess they do not like children n can’t clean up if a baby drops a little of food on the floor to take a broom n sweep it up they are extremely rude and turned us away because we have kids that apparently make to big of messes when we throw our trash out every time

I eat at several locations and this one for some reason the staff is not friendly at all and don’t seem to even know what a customer is. Poor poor customer service.

Honestly this would be negative if possible. Ordered online for pick up so I wouldn’t have to wait. 3 employees standing behind the counter and no one acknowledged me at all. When I finally get someone’s attention, all I got was attitude from the girl at the front desk for interrupting her chit chat time. I let her know I was there to pick up and she said oh and turned around back to her conversation. Someone else finally came over and began grilling me about my order to “verify”. Bologna. I will never return here.
