This is our second time ordering from this location. The first time was okay but some large bubbles and a little burn. This time was terrible. The pizza was hard as a rock, the dough was very thin. Maybe didn’t rise like it should of? The texture was wrong. The cheese looked over cooked and thin, even on the extra cheese. A hungry family a 5 and we basically ate the bottoms but couldn’t even eat to the crust. We added mushrooms to the philly and they were marinated (for the veggie pizza) but I wouldn’t expect that for all pizzas as an added topping. We liked other ynot pizzas. I wouldn’t order from here again. I’ll be throwing away the leftovers.

This review is specifically about the Chicken Marsala and a pick up order. It was awful. The chicken was white with zero flavor and zero Marsala sauce. Well, actually, it tastes like some kind of sweet sauce was drizzled over it. The service is always great when I visit. The food is just not as good as it used to be.

Wow this place is amazing. I’ll admit I wasn’t expecting much but everything was fantastic. I highly recommend the pizza. Pepperoni is great

This particular time we went, we weren’t able to get to dinner till later than expected and got there an hour before they closed. The staff was very friendly and we got a our food quickly. As always the food was delicious and the portions are quite large. Enough that we were able to split our pasta left overs the next night. I’ve always loved Ynot and would definitely recommend.

Quality has severely declined. Pizza was over cooked and light on toppings. Items forgot on order, food was cold. $28 chicken piccata entree had no salad, garlic bread, or potatoes…it was just a piece of chicken in a giant to-go container with a tiny garnish of veggies, so disappointing. Go somewhere else. Also, the dessert counter is looking weak these days.

I’ve tried this place a few times against my better judgement. First time was desperation pizza, which wasn’t terrible but there are at least three places better in Chesapeake. Today was watery caprese salad that looked nothing like the menu picture, had no flavor, and bread that wasn’t toasted or stale but still managed to be dry and chewy, despite being water logged. Main course was the chicken Marsala. No other choice for a side except broccoli or roasted potatoes, and it did not come with pasta. The broccoli was very pleasing to look at, quite green, and a ton of it. Not very cooked. The marsala sauce was atrocious. I had one bite and it was all alcohol. Without a doubt one of the worst meals I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

Very great place to eat some really good Italian. The staff was just awesome. Our waiter was incredible and the service couldn’t have been better. Loved the pizza. Margherita pizza.

I don’t trust the gluten free items. It’s always a struggle trying to find something gluten free in the area. You can only trust that the crust will be gluten free but not the toppings. The first time I ordered, I got chicken on mine and it was breaded. They have meatball pizza under gluten free too but meatballs usually have bread crumbs in them. I just ordered the salad online and it didn’t come with dressing even though I selected it. Online you have to select toppings for the salad and it’s an extra charge for every single one. The toppings on the pizza didn’t taste fresh and the mushrooms tasted canned. The pizza wasn’t cut very well and I had to rip it apart. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Had a great experience at this location tonight… We were hesitant to eat here after what has been a fairly inconsistent and disappointing run with this location in the past. We decided to give it a shot; however, and were pleasantly surprised. Morgan, our server, was awesome! Very personable and extremely responsive!! Hopefully they realize what an asset she is and do everything they can to keep her happy and on staff! The food was on point, as well. It was fresh and had generous portions throughout the meal. Great job tonight and I hope this will be their new normal, as we won’t hesitate to frequent them again if it is!!
