For my money, this restaurant has the best food in Westminster, and some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had. I’ve never had a dish here that I didn’t like. I always get takeout, so I can’t speak to the dine-in experience, but all of their food is excellent and they are very efficient with their takeout setup. I can’t recommend this local gem enough.

I’ve tried a lot of Ying Thai’s dishes over the years, and everything is delicious! But their green curry is my absolute favorite! The family that runs Ying Thai are extremely sweet and wonderful people, which makes eating at this family restaurant even more enjoyable! Also if you’re looking catering for an event, Ying Thai is amazing! We had them cater for our wedding and their food is consistently good dining in as an individul and delivering for a crowd!
