First time here at this restaurant. Upon entering we were warmly welcomed by the staff. They explained how the restaurant worked and how we basically build our own hotpot.

Yin Tang is easily my favorite restaurant recently. I would highly recommend it. You get to pick your own ingredients to be added to their already tasty hot pot. You can get as many ingredients are a few ingredients as you like and pick a spicy level that fits your taste. They are open till 10 at this location (at the time of writing) which is nice as many other local eats close at 9. You won’t regret trying them. This location, unlike the location in Carrollton, also has dim sum.

Extremely friendly staff with a contagious good mood. A weekend dinner was 13.99 /lb for the toppings. Ingredients were fresh and a decent sauce bar. Grilled items were not available during our visito but it’s an option.

Delicious and authentic but a bit pricey tho. Nice ambiance and clean tables. Bathroom might need some work but overall I’m happy with what we got. Would definitely recommend it and go back again.

Food was really yummy. Spice level five was really yummy. All the options to put in the hot pot was a very big and nice variety of food. It was way cheaper than I thought. $8 for my bowl and 9/10ish I think for my boyfriend. Pay by pound 13.99. Ours was already very filling and I could’ve taken some home too but it was really good so I just finished it all and stuffed myself. Now I have a huge food baby and will be going to take a nap soon. Will come back! Thankyou for friendly and attentive service.

Obsessed with this place! Super cute concept of hot pot. You select toppings for your individual portion hotpot. It is by the pound and everything is reasonably priced! I highly recommend the tomato soup base!

Yin Tang has some of the most authentic Mala Tang that I’ve had. The prices are second to none at $12.99/lb, and you can help yourself to as much meat + vegetables that you want. I love the fact that the restaurant is like a self-serve buffet, and you can pick and choose what produce you want cooked. The broth that the food is cooked in is extremely hearty and has extreme depth. The sauce bar is also extensive and has all of the classic Mala Tang dipping sauces, including sesame paste, sacha (Chinese BBQ) sauce, and sesame oil.

Great malatang spot! This place never disappoints. You pick your own ingredients and they serve it to you very quickly. Service is great every time. I’d recommend the bone broth at level 4 spice.

The spicy soup base is delicious. Just like what you find in Taiwan. The setup is self serviced and the weighted and the cooked. It would have prepared them picking for me especially the dipping sauces. The quality of the ingredients are good quality. The price is $11.99 per pound.
