Our pizza dough is made fresh daily with locally sourced, organic, stone ground flour from Bob’s Red Mill. We top our pizzas with 100% cheeses with no fillers, preservatives, or additives. We use fresh sliced locally sourced vegetables and premium meat toppings with no fillers.
We also offer 26 rotating taps of craft beer, ciders, kombucha, craft sodas, and CBD sodas as well! We offer Dine-in, Pick-up, and Delivery (Within the city limits of Monmouth and Independence)

This was our first visit, and it was memorable. We gathered with family for lunch, and this funky little hole-in-the-wall small town college pizza place is exactly my vibe. We were immediately greeted by a super friendly manager who invited us to put together a few tables by the front window. After ogling the taps and bar decor, we grabbed menus and were excited by the creative sourdough pizza offerings. Lunch did not disappoint. The gorgeous margherita pizza with balsamic glaze drizzle is a strong recommend. We live on the coast and have family in Monmouth. Yeasty Beasty is going to be a regular gathering spot!

My family ordered from here when we were in Monmouth for my brother and SIL’s wedding. I am gluten free due to health reasons and we were having a hard time finding places I could eat. The gluten free crust was really good and the toppings were obviously fresh. The gluten free pizza is a little pricey, but I am willing to pay more for food that doesn’t make me sick during my only brother’s wedding.

Went in Friday 6-30 at 5:40 pm. I ordered a pizza and 15 minutes later some people came in and knew employees and got their pizza way before mine came out. I get the feeling I’m not the demographic they want in their store. I dress nice, I’m employed and make far more than the any of the workers there, but, I’m not a college kid. My pizza had barely any toppings and the crust edge to what toppings there were was three inches. When I saw all the other pizzas coming out they all had toppings to the edge and plenty of them. I can take a hint, I don’t look young and woke so I wasn’t treated the same. That’s also probably why most of them wouldn’t look me in the eye. Never again will I spend my money there.

First time here, and the pizza was pretty good. Sourdough crust was tasty with a nice, authentic texture. Had the Combo Beasty, very fresh and generous toppings and sauce, but a little stingy with the mozzarella. Also not impressed with the grated parmesan, a tiny dab in a cup you had to ask for, and not finely grated like you would expect in a pizza restaurant. Very friendly and fast service, excellent list of local microbrews and ciders!

Had a couple of awesome pizzas with my family here last night, the crust and pizza sauce are both excellent! Best part of the visit were the beer recommendations by Charlie, I’m usually a light beer kinda guy but at his urging i sampled a couple of things outside of my comfort zone that ended up being awesome!
