Yats always does a great job! The food is consistently good! Especially their garlic bread. We always order extra! The food is great and tasty. The staff here was very kind and friendly. Their establishment was clean and efficient, as well. We never wait too long for food and get good customer service! Thank you for the great food!

They gave me meat in vegan food . I am not a meat eater and person who prepared the bowl did mix chicken in my food that’s a Shame. It was definitely intentional as have been eating Yats for couple of years and this hasn’t happened. Restaurants need to teach their workers basics of vegan / vegetarian food/ people if it’s on their menu .

I love Yats, but this location isn’t up to par. The cost was $3 or $4 more than other locations, and I get it this is in the high rent district. The portions seem to be way smaller though than other Yats locations, so that’s my first beef. Secondly the rice was garbage. Oh, and they only had a few hot sauces, c’mon do better! I’ve been eating at Yats for at least 15 years. I won’t be coming back to this one.

Might want to check in on your HTC store. It is either very poorly managed or you’ve completely ruined your brand. I’ve never had a bag experience at a Yats until last night. Cashier said they only had white rice sometimes on Saturdays and Sundays, so our only option was brown rice. Rice was way over cooked and wet to the point where it was basically one mushy block. I noticed halfway through my BOWL (not the usual plate) of chili cheese etouffee that the crawfish was gray and slimy (fortunate I didn’t get food poisoning). Bread was stale and when we threw our food away the trash can was overflowing. It was 6:30 to 7:15 on a Friday night and there were 3 occupied tables. We were one of maybe 5 orders they had in the span. Just before we got up, they had run out of rice and people had to wait. All of that and my meal was over $17 for one entree, extra bread, and a drink ($12 for your signature dish that used to cost $6.50). If it’s like that at other stores I may never go back.

Went to college in Indiana, but live in Pittsburgh. Any time I’m back visiting, I make sure to hit up Yats. Nothing like it where I live. Still as good as I remembered. Always go with the extra bread with your order.

The Yats on 96th was our regular until recently. This one is so much closer to home. We liked the various options from the menu and kept coming back for more.

Great flavor, but tiny AF for $10. New American way. Everything is too expensive

Prices went up like crazy, I wonder if all of the other locations did this or if the HTC location did it because the clientele in this area has deeper pockets?? Anyway. Bill used to be like $22 now it’s 28 for the same thing. Probably will check out the other locations first
