We found Yarbaritas by chance and decided to have lunch here when we were visiting family in Rockport. It’s in a very nice location, overlooking the water and a very upscale neighborhood with elaborate homes. The entire ambiance is laser focused on the ‘Beach Bar’ vibe, with a double decker outdoor patio complete with beach swings on the lower level.

Wide open views of the waterfront, green areas and great bird watching. The food here is excellent and they have a good happy hour. Oh, and the swings? What better way to relax while enjoying the Gulf breeze and a cold drink. Dogs welcome on the back patio. Don’t settle for a boring restaurant with no views, this is where you want to be.

Foods a little pricey for what you actually get. Went at 5pm one table here before us took 1hour and 10 mins to get our food we continued to watch all the tables come in after us receive their food! When asked why ours took so long they said because we ordered grilled fish and that takes longer than everybody else that order fried food! Kids chicken nuggets tasted like fish… also were charged a $2.00 fee for using a credit/debit card

Atmosphere was great. That was the only positive part. We were seated and it took about 20+ min to even get acknowledged and get a menu. We were patient and soaking up the view from upstairs. We ordered our drinks and food all at once because we didn’t know if our server would be back any time soon. Drinks tasted like some lemon-lime mix. Terrible margarita. Food was even worse. It was bland and cold when it came to the table. It tasted like a semi-cooked frozen dinner from a box. When we asked for the check and a to go box for the kids food (nuggets), our server rolled her eyes because it was obviously too much to ask for. It was overpriced, food was below mediocre, and service not good. I won’t be back and I would not recommend this place.

Amazing service, Jacob is awesome, funny, and makes a solid on the rocks margarita! Menu is simple, witty, and everything you’d expect from a regular beachside menu (only reason food’s not 5 stars). Food is incredibly fresh, super hot, and tastes phenomenal. They also have awesome hammock swings and a corn hole setup! Great place to have dinner, we’ll definitely be returning!!!

Our waitress was very nice but the food was god awful. All reheated frozen food. Ordered a well done burger and it came out pink so they took it back, threw it in the microwave, and brought the same burger back. The drinks were topped with whipped cream which was gross and were way overpriced. They were doing construction in the building next door so we kept hearing saw noises and had saw dust getting in our eyes.
