Walked in and was greeted with the pleasant smell of a smoker. I was immediately welcomed at the counter by 2 very helpful employees. I mentioned it was my first visit, and, without hesitation, they guided me through the menu. I ended up going with some ribs and some brisket along with Mac & cheese and beans for my 2 sides. The brisket was incredible. So tender and a great flavor. There was a huge smoke ring so you can tell it spent some extended time exposed to smoke. Smoke you can taste. The ribs were perfection. When I took a bite, with no resistance, my teeth went straight through and the rest of the meat stayed on the bone. Just like I like them. The beans were delicious, and the Mac was outstanding. Simple, effective, and delicious. That’s how I would sum up my visit. I highly recommend people come here and I can’t wait to come back.

Finally stopped in for the first time today and got some ribs and brisket. HOLY SMOKES!! Best bbq I’ve ever had.. The smoke flavor is incredible! Great seasoning! I’ll definitely be back to try some more meats.

Amazing. With Masters BBQ unfortunately closing from the storm, we’ve been trying to find a new local BBQ. This BBQ place is top knotch. The workers helped us and basically told us the best deal, and it was in fact the best. The Loganberry BBQ sauce alone, will be having me back there. Great job. Good value. Great food.

My dad and I came from Texas and this is the most authentic Austin, TX-style BBQ we’ve had outside of Texas. It truly felt like home and they even showed us the smokers they used! Its a cafeteria style type of ordering and you can either take it home or eat right there (which is what we did)

My husband said he thinks it’s the best bbq he’s had in wny. He shared the $30 Sampler with my son, and there’s enough leftover for another small meal for each of them. I got the pulled pork sandwich. It was very good. I had to take fat off before I ate it, but I am very fussy about eating fat. The sauces were great. I loved the Loganberry and mixed it with the original. They were friendly and efficient. Thanks for a good meal.

Awesome local BBQ! This place is new and opened during Covid. Such an awesome addition to the Southtowns area. We have been meaning to try this place because we drive by often and can smell the smoker going to work in the parking lot. We finally had the opportunity and were impressed!
