Limited fish options. Rolls have similar taste profiles. Expect slow service.

Delicious food! The fries dumplings is my favorite…a must order. The dipping sauce is awesome! Also had spicy California roll and NY steak & chicken with fried rice and veggies.

We ordered the crab roll and cowboy roll sushi and Filet + Chicken dish. Each roll of sushi came with around 12 pieces each (much more than I expected) and both had a distinct and nice flavor. The crab roll had a nice crunch and sweet mayo, while the cowboy had a smokey and semi-sweet (almost spicy) flavor. The Filet and Chicken dish came out with a soup and salad, then lots of rice, some zucchini and onions, and reasonable portions of steak and chicken. I ended up taking that home as leftovers and all of it reheats super well! I also tried their Brown Sugar Boba and was surprised that canned boba was so delicious. It wasn’t the honey boba, more of a tapioca boba but still good.

This is one of the worst places in town to eat this type of food. I’ve been here about five times since the remodel and was hoping the food was better but it’s so all over the place with sometimes it has flavor and sometimes it’s void of it. The spring rolls were soggy and dripping with oil and the sushi honestly isn’t worth it. The last handful I’ve ordered I just tossed. To be fair I’ve not really found a place in Corbin with decent sushi and there are a hefty amount of cooked sushi types out there like fried prawn, fried chicken, grilled meats etc. Honestly I had high hopes for a rebirth and turn around but it’s the same ole oily and not flavorful food. Disappointing. This place has a ton of potential to blow everyone else.locally out of the water and I want to root for it so much but it’s always a struggle to try and finish anything.

Definitely one of the best Japanese restaurants in the area! The wait times can be a bit long at times but it’s well worth the wait. Their sushi always tastes fresh and you get quite the portion size for what you pay. If you get the chance to stop by, try their sushi burritos. They’re inexpensive and the taste is to die for.

I love eating here! It’s one of my favorites! I recommend the lobster rangoons and the crispy crab roll! I think you get a good portion of food for the amount you pay. I always have leftovers, so usually just take them to work the next day.
